AVRillo have been fantastic, we are first time buyers and it’s been a brilliant experience, Kimberley has helped us loads, even with the portal which is easy to understand but we got confused at times and she would call us to help us which we can’t fault at all.
They have worked so fast with everything and communication has just been fantastic.
My partner is dyslexic and gets overwhelmed easily but again Kimberley has talked him through the process step by step and helped him so much.

On the whole I loved the use of the conveyancing platform; it enabled me to keep track of progression at each stage.
The telephone contact was brilliant as there were several times the process didn’t work as well as it could have done because information had appeared in the wrong order or incorrect documents had been sent to sign.
Overall though apart from a couple of administrative problems and an unnecessary and unhelpful telephone call from an AI ‘robot’ the process has been quick.
The link with Foxton Estate Agent and A.V.Rillo was incredibly helpful as I could ask for support when I needed it and they would communicate immediately .
Thank you for a good experience. I have learned a lot about conveyancing.

Awesome guys! It happened really quick for us in under 2 months we finished everything, a bit more expensive than the average but really worth it, we finished faster than we initially thought we would. They respond really quick and answer all your concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who wants a quick process but the process and the willingness to make it happen faster has to be mutual otherwise it can't happen so everyone who is serious about finishing faster and does their part of the job, then everything will go nice and smooth.

Fast, reliable, easy. First home experience
Me and my partner were buying our first ever home, we were recommended by family friends to use AVRillo. We managed to move out in less than 2 months from getting an accepted price on our house. Our solicitor was Neuza and she kept in contact with us all throughout the process. We never had to chase them up to see what process we were on. Would definitely recommend to others!

Avoid AVrillo if possible!
I instructed this solicitor for my property sale with a quoted fee of £1,700 + VAT, however the final cost came to around £3,000 due to additional charges that were not clearly explained from the beginning.
Communication throughout the process was very poor. I often had to chase updates myself, with long periods of little to no progress or communication. It was also difficult to reach anyone directly, as I had to book “surgery calls”, which were sometimes missed or not properly followed up.
There was also inconsistent advice and confusion throughout the transaction, including conflicting information about completion requirements and mortgage redemption. I was given incorrect or changing guidance multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress close to completion.
Despite providing Building Control certificates early on, I was initially told they were not needed, only for them to later become an issue raised by the buyer’s solicitor.
After completion, I queried unexpected additional charges and discrepancies in the final breakdown but received no response.
Overall, the process felt disorganized, lacking transparency on fees, and required constant chasing for basic communication. As a pregnant client, the lack of clarity and repeated last-minute changes made the experience particularly stressful.

On fees — our core legal fee for a sale is fixed and set out in writing at the very start, on your instruction form and in our Terms of Business, never at the end. Where a final figure is higher, it reflects specific items a particular transaction requires — such as extra titles, management or leasehold packs, or an indemnity policy — each of which is disclosed in writing and only ever added on your authority, never as a surprise. If any of those weren't clear to you, I'm sorry, because our aim is always full transparency from day one.
On communication and our booked calls — the call-booking system exists so you're given dedicated, uninterrupted time with your lawyer rather than being kept on hold, but I'm sorry if any call was missed or an update felt slow. That isn't the standard we set ourselves.
On completion and mortgage redemption, and the Building Control certificates — a buyer's solicitor will often raise their own enquiries even where documents have already been provided and we consider the title in order; addressing those quickly is part of getting you safely to completion, which we did. If the guidance felt conflicting along the way, I'm genuinely sorry for the stress that caused so close to your move.
We complete 95% of our transactions when nationally around a third fall through, and that only happens because we push hard on exactly these details. I'm sorry that on this occasion the experience didn't feel that way to you, and I've noted your comments so we can keep improving.
We cannot recommend enough
Aimee and Jessica have been amazing through out. Great communication, always replied in great time, no question was ever to much hassle. We got confused with all my forms used the 5 minute call surgery and got back on track. We cannot recommend AVRillo enough.
