From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Moving home can often be a stressful experience, but their support, communication, and guidance made the journey much smoother and gave me confidence every step of the way.
I was also genuinely delighted and pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful moving-in gift box they sent. It was such a wonderful gesture and clearly very well thought out. The household items included were not only useful but perfectly timed for someone settling into a new home. They was vey quick at getting paperwork through but the phone manor is terrible and I don’t appreciate being to to ‘think of your buyers’ when we tried to purchase a house that they didn’t have the experience to deal with

On your sale, I'm glad the paperwork moved quickly — that pace is deliberate, and it's part of why we complete 95% of our transactions when nationally around a third fall through. I'd also gently note that when our team called your household for feedback after completion, we were kindly given a score of 9 out of 10, with the comment that although things felt quick at times, you understood we were working hard to get everything done as fast as possible.
On the purchase you refer to, our records show we never began working on it — no paperwork or documents were received for us to open or progress the matter, so no work was carried out on it. It's difficult, then, for that transaction to reflect on our experience, as it never reached us to handle.
On the phone, I'm sorry if any conversation came across poorly — that's never our intention. Where we ask clients to consider the wider chain, it's only ever to protect their own move from the delays and collapses that affect so many others; never to dismiss anyone.
We genuinely wish you well with your move.

Very efficient service with live update via text message and email. All the information is also available on the portal. For best use I would recommend to log into the portal via a laptop not a phone.

It was a very pleasant experience working with this company. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and the transaction was completed much faster than anyone could have imagined.
The only aspect that was somewhat disadvantageous for me was the fairly high final amount to be paid, although this was probably due to not reading all the details regarding the fees and final payment carefully enough.
However, it was absolutely worth it, especially because everyone involved was highly professional and left nothing to chance.
