It’s kind of amazing that something I bought for anti-aging—an LED infrared device—actually turned out to be a solid investment in my overall health, helping with both wrinkles helped me with my muscular pain.

A super nice lady named Yael walked me through ever step and always got back to me in a timely manner and explained everything!
When the red light device first stopped working I was VERY nervous regarding the warranty - often they are NOT what you are told.
Well ~ I was told I had a Lifetime Warranty and I DO!!! My replacement is being shipped and also has a lifetime warranty. VERY HAPPY with the service. This is, by far, the most expensive cosmetic device I will ever own and it feels good it will last as long as I do!! THANK YOU YAEL!!

I am so happy with the service I got from the company. The bottom of my device broke, and I simply called, and everything was taken care of in a professional manner. I was skeptical, but received such good service that I felt happy to share this feedback. In a matter of a few days, I got instructions on what to do to be sent a completely new device. She understood the problem and what needed to be done, and she got everything resolved and completed in a short time period. THANK YOU for such a good experience in resolving the issue. Customer service was slow. I had no response from my initial email until I called at least a week later. I had to call customer service several times to check on the progress of the issue. Each time I was on hold for about 30 minutes.
Once the agent, Yael, answered she was polite and helpful, although not very expedient.
Thankfully, the issue has now been resolved after about a month, and I am satisfied with the results.
