they basically force you to buy the product by guilting you and buttering you up. I watched my father get roped into this and it makes me so mad. The product is overpriced and you could easily get the same thing for way less.

Eine Registrierung meines Gerätes war nicht möglich. Nach meiner ersten Email kam noch eine Antwort, was ich probieren sollte. Hat dann auch nicht funktioniert. Habe noch ca. 5 Emails geschrieben mit Kaufbelegen zur Bestätigung meiner Garantie. Es kommt keine Antwort....nochmals 3 Reminder geschickt...keine Reaktion!!!!!!
Für ein solch teures Gerät ein ungenügender, nicht akzeptabler Service....!!!!!

My Avologi Eneo quit working after 8 years. I contacted customer service. I initially approached the situation with healthy skepticism. My fears were diminished the moment I made contact with Jackelyn. She immediately sent me all the guidelines on how proceed with providing the information necessary to make good on their lifetime warranty. It was a rather simple process, as I had saved all of my receipts, warranty and pertinent information regarding my device. I mailed my defective device back to Perimeter North America in simple packaging. I paid $119 shipping and handling cost. I received my new advanced device within 24 hours via Fed Ex. I was beyond thrilled. I received no less than spectacular service and attention. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Jackelyn was a true pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to my emails and my questions and I received my device within a week from when I sent it in. Excellent customer service!!

About nine months ago I was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, a bone infection in my lower back. The pain was excruciating, the pain meds did not help relieve my pain. I was on intravenous antibiotics for three months, which I spent most of the time in bed. I am still currently taking oral antibiotics. My pain level has been between eight and ten on the pain scale.

On January 19, 2025, while I was in the Bahamas, I purchased some anti aging devices from Sebastian. In October, Sebastian called me to see if I was satisfied with the devices. I told him I had been unable to use them for several months, as I was in so much pain. He told me about the Avologi Relief device.

I told him I wanted it, as I was ready to try anything to get relief from pain. I received it in a week later. I have been using the device for 3 weeks.

The first time I tried it, my pain level was about an 8. I used it that night before bed and I could feel the pain decrease. For the first 2 weeks, I used it morning and night. After each use, my pain level was going down.

I flew from Florida to Oregon a week ago, having to use a back brace, and my back was hurting when I arrived. I used the device before bed every night. I was waking up feeling good and rested. I was able to drive across Oregon, without any pain or back brace.

I stopped using my pain medications after a week of using the device and today I feel better than I have in over 9 months.

I had my son and a friend try the device. My son tried it on his shoulder, and he noticed an immediate decrease his pain. My friend tried it for his sciatica and noticed an immediate decrease in his pain.

I highly recommend this device, as the Avologi Relief device is the best purchase that I have ever made.

This product was very amazing after using the LED light really helped my fine lines and really gave me a nice skin glow

I think overall, the experience was fine. For the price of this device thought, I would expect nothing less. I was however, dissatisfied with the $119 charge. I feel for the purchase price, your company should absorb the cost. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and wish that fact was made sure, at purchase time. I assume now you must have several situations like this. Also, disappointing. Thank you, as I’m being ho est.

A super slick scam. Bought this product in the Cancun airport. HARD sell - I felt I almost had to buy it to get out of there. I was told I could get my sales tax back by going to another kiosk. They said it was closed and take care of it when we got home to the US. I realized now - why would I be charged sales tax in Mexico. The rep said he would contact me the next day to process the sales. Never heard from him. He said he would walk me through the regime again on the phone. Never called. He said I would see results immediately. None. I was a sucker. He saw me coming a mile away. BUYER BEWARE! Don't do business with this corrupt company.

Peu de résultat J ai acheté il y a plus d un mois et peu d amélioration sur les rides et ridules , par contre mon teint est plus clair , j ai utilisé selon les consignes 3 x semaine avec les crèmes.Donc TRÈS TRÈS CHER $4000. pour si peu 🙄

My Eneo Advanced machine I’ve had for a little over 3 years suddenly wouldn’t charge or turn on and I had no issues with getting a replacement after following the steps needed. It was a smooth process and was sent a new machine. Thank you :)
