This is a wonderful wonderful product, I am using it for aging skin and for joint pain as well.
My unit did have a problem with the digital screen, then stopped working completely. I commend Avologi on their customer service and their lifetime warranty which they stand behind. They did a replacement with a new unit and I am over the moon excited to have it again. Thank you Avologi! Nice to have a company who believes in their product and takes care of their customers. 💞

I found the Avologi support to be very efficient. They were prompt, thorough and very helpful. When my wand stopped working they sent me a replacement, true to their word. I’m very happy with me Avologi experience.

Quite easy to arrange for replacement of Avologi laser that unfortunately stopped working after using for 2 years! Yael was easy to deal with, very pleasant and easy to understand what I had to do to receive my replacement!

Friendly and easy to work with

I purchased this product and it did nothing. When I tried to get my money back, they told me that first of all I had to produce receipts and videos to prove it was ineffective. Then I followed up with a phone call and that’s when they told me I needed to pay an extra $200 to possibly replace it. They would not even guarantee that they would replace it for that price. They told me I had to repackage it to return it, that I couldn’t even use the original package it came in. In addition, I had to pay for return shipping in addition to the $200 that had to be included with it.
I don’t recommend buying this product unless you have lots of money to put toward nothing.

My Eneo Advanced unit stopped working, I had only had it for a year. I was a little worried as I had purchased the unit at an airport a long way from home. I sent an email to Avologi customer service and I got a reply from Jacquelyn S, who she said would guide me though the process and that's exactly what she did. She was very professional and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I had been unable to use the Eneo for about 3 months and was noticing a return of some of my wrinkles, which I didn't like, but I'm happy to say that Avologi stood by their product and I am a happy customer. Thanks you Avologi.

Good customer service. We had the device 2.5 years and were disappointed when it failed but your response was terrific.

Shirley and "Jackelyn" helped me through the process of a warranty claim after two years of using my Eneo Advanced face wand followed by a failure to charge . My warranty was fully honored, no problem, and my ENEO Advanced was replaced with a new one that was also easy to register so it would also have a lifetime warranty if ever needed.
Shirley was particularly helpful and followed up with me when the process came to the very end , sometimes the most difficult part when finalizing the details. Shirley made it seem like a smooth landing . I appreciated her !

Avologi was very helpful, prompt, followed through and what they said they were going to do. the process was not overly complicated, instructions were clear, and they promptly replaced my device. This is what you would expect from a high-end product and they met my expectations person who worked with me, Jackelyn was a specially helpful. I would definitely recommend their products because they practice products stewardship.
