The delivery took very long and I had to follow up a few times

My experience with Aveline Jewelry company was amazing because they emailed me and communicated with what was going on with my order. I got next day responses on my order and they responded quickly when I had a question about my order. I bought a bracelet and it is lovely 😍

My earrings are beautiful, simple yet a touch of bling and I love them. A bit smaller than I thought they would be but perfect for everyday wear.

Ordered on the 24th of August 2025 and still waiting "patiently" for my order to arrive.

I placed by order on 06/08/25. My order was shipped the next day. I received my order today, 21/08/25 2 weeks after my order was shipped and 1 week later than stated on their website.
However during all this I communicated with them about my order and responded with gratitude and humility.
At first I thought it was a scam but to my surprise, and all praise and thanks to God, I received my order a few hours ago.
The actual item is very beautiful and I look forward to wearing and showing it off.

I placed my order 30 July 2025. I have not received it yet. I'm reading the reviews and I assume I'm also not going to get my order. There is no other way to contact them except via email. It's very hard to stay patient when they don't even respond. I also can't track my order.

Do not buy, it is just another Chinese seller, still waiting for delivery even though they are sending emails asking how did we do, no reply’s to emails

Purchased something as a gift which still hasn't arrived almost 3 weeks later. Poor communication and they will not offer a full refund even though they have not delivered.

I ordered 5 items on 15th July but still haven't received the order. I've received 2 different tracking links so far and there's been no progress on either links. I've given them too many chances and enough time to make amends. I expect a full refund if the order isn't received in good condition by 7th August.

Update: The order finally arrived on 11th August. I had issues with 2 of the items which customer service helped me resolve. I even placed another order with Aveline. It started off bumpy but I'm really pleased with the jewellery collection I have now.

I ordered 3 items 12 days ago and no sign of them I have emailed but they just give excuses and say they are very busy. I was really surprised to see other reviews praising quick delivery. This has not been the case for me. I ordered the jewellery for my holiday. It is very unlikely I will receive it in time. Not a good first experience with this company.

Good afternoon,

I have ordered 2 necklaces and earring from this company. One of the necklaces was a birthday present for my daughter. I am so disappointed as her necklace broke after 3 days of wearing it. The second necklace had clip broken(it won't close properly so I can't wear it) . The earrings didn't close properly and my daughter lost one on her fist day.
The quality of your jewellery is so poor.
I will never buy again.

Scammers - they posted on Instagram a “closing down” sale so I purchased to help the business. Find out they are still active!

I purchased an Elina gold necklace as a gift for my daughter however she cannot wear it due to hair, fabric from clothes being caught in the necklace and so tedious to untangle it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as she really liked it but cannot wear. So beware of this situation.
