Great customer service top quality products at competative prices

I placed an order with this company 19/10/25, I then had to chase them up 04/11/25 and they stated address was cot name was too long for delivery. Then got a message on 07/11/25 stating my order was on its way, emailed twice in the last 3 days. No response to email and still no delivery.

Toronto based Adeline Jewelry: You get what you pay for: Two of three items ordered were nice and one (a "gold" and silver ring) was a far cry from the photo advertised as "closing" sale. All would fall under "fashion" jewelry and none are hallmarked as gold or silver. At $25 per item, expensive for fashion jewelry though. Delivery took 3 weeks.

This bracelet is a Christmas present for my daughter, I am sure she will love it.

The delivery was delayed, lack of communication. I ordered the sun and the moon ring, they domt even sit in line with each other, not great quality, i wouldnt use this compsmy again

The jewerly are wonderfully, sparkly and good quality. Customer service answered me very quickly and solved the order delivery problem so fast.

Stuff arrived quickly, and the Mrs. loves it, that`s good enough

Placed my order on the 26th Sept and was delivered on the 6th Oct.
I ordered a pair of white and a pair of purple flower studs.
I am really pleased with them, no complaints especially with the price i paid for them.
Very vibrant stones, and not too big.

Got my sister the Sahara ring for her birthday, she absolutely loves it,It's a beautiful ring,I had to order one for myself,,Fast delivery, definitely recommend,,it's so sad the shop is closing down

FRAUDULENT company - spent £40 on jewellery and never received it, emailed them and no answer, tried to contact them on social media and their profile has been taken down!

SCAM - took my money, never received any jewellery. they don’t answer emails and don’t provide tracking.

The delivery took very long and I had to follow up a few times
