I placed an order on the 27'th of March and have received two tracking links. It's the 16'th of April and I still haven't gotten anything. There are no updates on the tracking link, and my last email has been ignored by the customer service email. I'm expecting a ful refund as well if it doesn't come within this or next week. I had high hopes but they have not exceeded nor met my expectations. I was really excited for this jewelry.

Easy ordering and delivery updates. I love my jewellery too, it's beautiful and practical, and doesn't tarnish, although it's darker than 9ct gold. Delivery is not quick, I waited for three weeks, but I received regular updates. I appreciate the reasonable prices. The email support is excellent.

Love the jewellery from this Company and their packaging for the jewellery is second to none. This makes a huge difference when giving as gifts. I've also had some for myself and get so many people admiring them. Thank you . Another thing, the postage is very quick.

I received my orders (as I have purchased many items on different occasions) in a timely manner. I have not been disappointed with any purchases . They have all looked as in the photos, I don't have to worry about removing them before going in the pool, or if I perspire, they remain sparkling & shiny as new . Highly recommend, especially for the price. The presentation in a pouch & delightful box is an added bonus.

Aveline Jewellery is not trustworthy, they post fake claims all the time about why they are having a 'sale' and say their jewellery is tarnish free when in actuality, it discolours really quickly, the quality of their pieces is bad, and their customer service is worse. Would never purchase from them again, and they should be held accountable for their false advertising about tarnish free and lifetime colour warranty pieces.

I bought these Earrings described as "Elegant Earrings" on January 28, 2026 trusting the company story and the product photo advertised on their website.

What I received is a pair of Earrings of low quality, poor material, and different size compared with the picture of the Earrings advertised in the company's website.
In addition, the website says you can return within 30 days no questions asked. In reality, troubles are mounting when is about to return the purchase and have the refund.

Sent wrong item with my order and won't reply when contacting customer service email. Again they messaged up another order of mine and sent a light purple ring AGAIN instead of what I ordered. When responding, one person named Rikka said they would solve problem right away and then later another called Amanda tried to gaslight me into thinking the white birthstone was meant to me light purple? It is very clear that they had messed up my order twice. Foolish of me to order a second time but clearly its a pattern.

Terrible! I bought my item because it was marketed as a "closing sale" product. I was under the impression that it was going to be made in a shop in Toronto, Ontario. Imagine my surprise when I later discovered that it was being shipped from CHINA!! Because of that, it took forever to arrive. It was finally delivered today and guess what??? It looks nothing like the item depicted on Facebook where I originally saw it. This is probably the sixth or seventh time I have been burned when buying something I have seen advertised on Facebook. Okay, I've learned my lesson. Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from this woman. I'm pretty sure she's a scammer.

I found Aveline jewelkery by accident and I am so glad I did. The items I have purchased are lovelt and look so good. I am keeping some for mysrlf and giving some pieces as gifts. I will be purchasing more from Aveline.

Its a scam, I ordered 2 rings, they were the cheapest version of the ring on the website. DONT PURCHASED FROM THEM.

I haven’t been able to assess the quality of the goods as the order did not arrive which I understand is the delivery company.

However, trying to get in touch with Aveline Jewelry and get a refund has been horrendous… I’m still trying to get a refund! I understand it’s a busy time of the year but this customer service is non existent.

I would honestly avoid this brand at all costs it’s not worth the hassle.

Beautiful jewellery happy with my purchase

I placed an order with Aveline Jewelry back in October and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. The earrings I received arrived completely damaged — one had the pearl detached, and the other had bent earring backs that made them impossible to wear.

I contacted the company and requested a refund, which was refused, and they instead sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was also a problem: it was not the item I ordered, and it too arrived with damaged backs and a flawed design. I provided clear photo evidence of all the issues, but after that, Aveline stopped responding to my emails entirely.

At this point, I feel deeply disappointed and let down. It feels like my hard-earned money was wasted, and I want to warn others so they don’t end up in the same situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.

Great customer service top quality products at competative prices

I placed an order with this company 19/10/25, I then had to chase them up 04/11/25 and they stated address was cot name was too long for delivery. Then got a message on 07/11/25 stating my order was on its way, emailed twice in the last 3 days. No response to email and still no delivery.

Toronto based Adeline Jewelry: You get what you pay for: Two of three items ordered were nice and one (a "gold" and silver ring) was a far cry from the photo advertised as "closing" sale. All would fall under "fashion" jewelry and none are hallmarked as gold or silver. At $25 per item, expensive for fashion jewelry though. Delivery took 3 weeks.

This bracelet is a Christmas present for my daughter, I am sure she will love it.
