For anybody looking for travel…

For anybody looking for travel insurance dont bother they take your money and dont give you a policy or can even find your account

Good value

Easy to complete form, pleasantly surprised at the cost of the travel insurance, had received quotes from other companies a lot higher.

You telephone system is frustrating

You telephone system is frustrating. There is never anybody to answer the phone immediately & I waskept waiting over an hour after which I rang again, to be told some one would contact me in 3 mins. I fially got someone to speak to after 15 mins.

As this was an update re medication

As this was an update re medication, having to go through everything again was very time consuming. The member of staff I was dealing with was not very helpful, the speed at which she asked questions, not waiting very long for a response, before repeating it again at speed.I was not impressed at all, if I am honest, I was somewhat disappointed and annoyed.
