Excellent customer service from Avantigo
I would like to commend Kim at Avantigo customer service for the excellent service she provided to me.
I contacted Kim to explain that I had taken out a travel insurance policy with Avantigo in April not realising that I had already insured with Avanti in January meaning that I was unfortunately double covered!
KIM was extremely helpful and understanding. During our telephone conversation she arranged for me to receive a 30% refund.
I was subsequently delighted to be advised that my complete premium was refunded together with a small additional amount relating to an amendment..
I had not made a claim on either policy but I was very impressed by the way Kim dealt with my situation and by the goodwill shown by Avantigo in resolving it so generously. Kim was a pleasure to deal with, and I felt she went out of her way to help me. I would be grateful if this commendation could be passed on to her, as I believe good customer service deserves to be recognised. Thank you to Kim and Avantigo.
