I had a query, for my ins. policy being printed and posted to me, I was assured this was possible, will receive within a two week period, though I haven't received it as yet, I also had to amend my address as l inadvertantly pressed the wrong option, your colleague amended this efficiently and was very pleasant.

I can’t describe how impressed I was with the service I received today there was an issue where details had to be changed regarding my insurance and it was made into such a pain-free and supportive process on top of this. Quite straight forward to contact, however, once I managed to speak to a representative, I told them that I wanted to change the destination of my policy, when I said I was not longer going to Germany, but to Holland and Belgium, she said she where’s Holland. Once I explained she was very helpful and made the necessary amendments too the policy

The agent I spoke to was most unhelpful. I got my renewal notice and as I started anti histamines for urticaria last week I thought I needed to declare it. It took over 45 minutes as she insisted on going through my whole policy and issued a new one until 18th September. Not helpful

I am sorry that it took some time to add a condition to your policy. Our agents are required to go through certain questions with you when updating a policy. This is to ensure that everything is still correct and that you have the correct level of cover. When something new is added to the policy this then updates and provides a new policy number for you.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.

Good price
Found website easy and price quoted very good as we both have medical conditions this can be very expensive. The reason I have marked this down as I had problems opening up medical endorsements. I phoned to request a paper copy and was told I would receive this in 10 to 14 days. Feel this is very excessive.
