The section on Medical was confusing, and did not indicate what they considered to be required.
I still have not received the policy documents, only the medical disclosures.

The policy holder title is incorrect
The policy holder title is incorrect. It's a lack of attention to detail. I spent 45 mins on the telephone waiting for a response and I had to get my son to send an email to get the correction made.

Although I had to wait for approximately 15 minutes to speak to one of your advisors, firstly I could understand them, they understood what I wanted to do and expedited it professionally, with courtesy and understanding.
The price was very competitive and covered ever I needed.

I called to update my medical details and expected a big increase in the premium. The resulting amount following the screening was much less than I had anticipated.
