I am so thankful for avanse people for making my loan so fast and good come back from all the staff and they are responding immediately and clarifying the doubts special thanks to kushi Gour mam who deals with my loan process

Extremely disappointed with Avanse Financial Services. I took a loan with a floating interest rate – but it only ever floats upwards. Whenever the Repo Rate rises, they’re quick to increase the EMI. But when it drops? Complete silence. Their so-called “Interest Rate Policy” is vague, overly technical, and honestly just unhelpful. When I reached out for clarity, I received generic copy-paste responses and website links. No accountability. No real explanation.

And here’s the pattern: they’ll reply to this review asking for account details to appear accountable, but don’t be fooled – they rarely take customer feedback seriously. This isn’t just my experience – it’s the story of countless Avanse customers. Their rates have never dropped, no matter how much the market changed.

This whole setup feels blatantly unfair and exploitative. Customers are not here to subsidize your profits. If you're considering a loan from Avanse – think twice.

I am extremely disappointed with Avanse Financial Services. I took a loan with a floating rate of interest, assuming that changes in the interest rate would be fair and transparent. But it’s clear now that the rate only floats upwards, never downwards. Whenever the Repo Rate increases, Avanse is quick to revise the interest rate and increase the EMI. But when the Repo Rate decreases or stays stable, there's no reduction in my rate at all. This clearly feels one-sided and unfair.

Their justification? A vague "Interest Rate Policy" filled with technical terms and no clear explanation of how these rates are actually calculated for individual customers. When I asked for clarity, I was only redirected to their website and given generic replies.

Customers are not here to fill the pockets of your investors. We deserve transparency and fairness. If you're going to raise the rate citing policy and market conditions, then also lower it when conditions improve. Absolutely dissatisfied with their service. If you’re planning to take a loan from Avanse, think twice

Avanse loot you like hell. They won't give proper customer service. I took 42 lkhs loan but no proper response from support.

They will be in touch till you get loan. After that u can't reach out to them within time. Even if u reach out they take months to respond. I filed complaints at Consumer form and planning to file with RBI.
Transparency of your money will not ther there. Why they charge you they won't tell and won't share receipts also. I don't want to name my relationship manager details but this services sucks.
I gave mail correction on my profile and it's been a month. No Response.
I gave mobile number correction No response.
These are the basic and sensitive things before giving loan. But they won't care.
No relationship manager details
No customer support response.
They create tickets and they close on their own.
You can't talk to anyone what actually u need.

i wasted my time by applying in your service now i am cancelling my loan with you because in your service you mentioned us 3days sanction but the service manager told me 1 week i applied for the loan on 19 march till now i didn't get the loan disbursement first they informed me to take OTC policy by this i will get faster after with that they told me they need to verification of my home and office after it completed they told me i will get money next day at the next day they again told me that they need to verify my academic documents i told them to verify by mail or else i have a Germany embassy aps certificate it my proof of academic document verification but they are telling they do direct verify for that it takes more 2 days and my deadline to pay the fees in university is April 2, because i partnered with you my life got spoil now now there is no time gonin this intake and there is no chance to extend my academic time. but the my agent is nice but your service is worst. my loan account number is BANEE01037798

Fraudsters ! Should shut their company ASAP!!!
First, they literally be sweet, enroll you for their services then their scam starts -
1. PSI amount was mentioned ₹5,000 & before the loan date, two days prior they give a call saying it's ₹32,000 and will be deducted & will be reimburse into personal bank. Later, they scam you by saying it will be reimburse into your loan account.
PATHETIC. you scam with students.
2. Promised to give money for expenses. Later, when visa arrives they deny.
FRAUD. If we have to pay everything from our pocket then why are we taking loan from your company? When we are needy now then how & what's your use as a consultancy to help students?
3. They NEVER EVER answer your call, issues are never resolved, it takes weeks, days. Ms.Jyoti and Mr.Manoj are running their different services with different rules, regulations, RBI policies and whatnot.
Moreover, the websites not working. Asking to write email for Grievance. Instead student committee and consumer court would take care of such issues better and will be solved easily.

If you as a consultancy, can't be useful & trustworthy here, in India - Mumbai, then how will you be trustworthy, helpful when we are in abroad in need?

My process was good, had no problem with adarsh as he was always available but the first point of contact at avanse told me that i'll get funds for my visa fee and IHS but now they are neglecting it. As my deadline was coming close I had to pay the seat booking amount to the university If only i could have that reimbursed, it would be a lot of help.

It was a good experice with the team, and the process is fast. I got help from the team, and thanks to Shubham brother, he help me through my entire process. And a good experience with Hariom sir. Overall the experience is good.

they were very sweet before taking the loan, After the disbusment everything got change, I got Scam by them, Very cheap Fraud.
they charge 50-60k to approve your loan then your bad day starts.. I have so much to say but I can't Express my words here.. whoever reading my Review I request you Please BE AWARE OF THEM.

PLEASE GO FOR ANOTHER BANK BUT NOT THIS.

1. I took the loan, process was too bad. they initially said they will provide loan and took docs and gave all hope and said your loan will be sanctioned in couple of days and BOOM they dont respond you for weeks and say's loan cant be sanctioned. Later i got the loan but they raised the interest rate a lot, for the sum I borrowed.

If you’re considering taking a loan from them, I strongly advise you to reconsider.

2. I want to foreclosure my loan. I worte them about this in 1st week of FEB asking for process and payment links. Their quick service hasn't responded me yet after 15 mails and too many phone call, and till 3rd week of March.

3. Also they have so many other charges which aren't even clearly mentioned in their document why its being charged, like whats a *document retrieving charge*?? why am I charged money for it.

4. I know everyone take loan due to lack of finance and to pursue their dream. Please try anyother bank or finances which doesn't charges you for every single thing.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST: DONT LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SUFFER HERE

I have taken loan in Aug 2024, this is the worst bank ever.. they charge for everything. they forced me to take loan in higher amount and so did I. they deduct money un-nessary from your parent's acc and when you ask to refund they never do. they deduct money any time from your acc like 1200rs, 450rs, 2000 etc and then no reply.
when I took a lot My RM never told me about BPA amount and the worst thing is you will never get reply from this cheap bank and the employees have very bad attitude to not call you back or mail. when I took trasfer from my clg I informed them but they didn't pay my college's fee, after requesting 100th time. so what's the point of taking loan and paying interest? you will never get any mail or msg after your money deduction, for that I beg for 4 months continuesly , got ticket raised so many times but nothing happend, like can you imagine you are paying alot of interest and not even getting mail. I would request every student not to take laon from this bank.. it was such a nightmare to take laon, Please go for another bank.

I am Sumanth Alakanti of loan account number: HYDEE00998234 in avanse. I have paid processing fee for loan processing and sanction letter but I have not received any sanction letter due to some reasons I have cancelled my loan. But avanse team said me to send mail to cancel loan as well as refund my processing fee. I have send them as they said so that I will receive refund. But after cancellation of loan I have not receiving any response to mails or response from the team even I am texting them personally. It's been more than 40 days that are not responding. Please update regarding my processing fee refund. This is reason why I found avanse is not good for educational loan.

Worst company never answer your query uneducated staff.

I have received loan but the process until sanction was good later I faced lot of issue for sending that my university.

This is my 3rd year with Avanse, they are very poor at customer service you interest rate will keep raising very 6months.

I recommend not to take loan from Avanse as I’m facing lot of issue for repayment though I have money to repay them they don’t have proper customer service like I’m in abroad and you cannot contact them in any means, their what’s app sucks and also email forget about it you will never get response. And one payment you miss because of some technical error or fault from their end, you pay hell lot of fine.

So please don’t take loan from them go for national banks where they have physicals banks everywhere
