The experience with Avanse Financial Services has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

EMI payments are not updated on time in their system, even when payments are made before the due date. Due to this delay, unnecessary overdue messages are sent, creating confusion and stress. Despite the issue being from their end, bounce charges are still applied unfairly.

Customer support is also very poor. Proper guidance is not provided, and concerns are not handled effectively. During the loan process, multiple promises are made, but they are not fulfilled later.

Overall, the service lacks transparency, accountability, and basic customer care. This kind of experience is highly unprofessional and not expected from a financial institution.

I took the equcation loan from Avance finance limited company.its very drastically for rate of intrest .
They do not help for student They kill the student life and aswell carrer .
Very bad Financial company . They increase ROI every month on RBI rule be care .

बहुत ही घटिया, लुटेरी कंपनी है, मै डॉ हु मुझसे धोखा किया मै इनके द्वारा दिए लोन के पैसा को जमा करने के लिए चार महीने से चक्कर काट रहा लेकिन इन्होंने पैसा जमा नहीं किया और ब्याज कमाते रहे मेरा नंबर 8874333333

I’m happy with my initial experience with Avanse, as my loan got approved here after facing rejections from other banks, and I sincerely thank Mangesh and Manager Brahmanad for their continuous support and follow-ups. However, the disbursement process was quite slow, and the urgency was not fully understood. Post disbursement, the fund release request has been disappointing, as it has been over a week since my university received the receipt, yet the request is still incomplete, affecting my further processes. Overall, my experience has been good, but the disbursement and fund release stages need improvement, as the system feels slow and requires better efficiency.

At the time I received my card from Abans Finance Kandy branch, an insurance cover was provided, but I was not informed about any payment related to it. I also did not give my consent for such a charge.

However, I am now being asked to make this insurance payment, which is unfair. I kindly request a clear explanation and a proper resolution to this issue as soon as poss
