Good service provide by nilesh sindhal amazing experience

Experiance was very bad inwas trying for loan last 15 days but nobody did coperate me the were just giving excuse it's not our departmentits other department and a sales person was lying and making me fool that your ammount has been transfer to universy , ammount disbursed but when I did contact to my university they said that we didn't recieve any ammount . After that he said m working and my team working they said amount disbursed withat any document how is possible , finnally after 15 days a lady coperate me and she did help me for love aproval and for all things

I got the approval very fast and disbursement done on time. Response from agents is so good.

Avanse procedure is not user friendly and not hassle-free. The process of VKYC didn't work despite trying multiple times. Call centre guys didn't pick up phone calls. WhatsApp chat bot didn't answer my problems. There was no response to emails except system generated typical ones. Took too long to get my Educational EMI Loan just before closure of the deadline, thank God! I had a better experience with another fintech in my last semester.

It was really disappointing to gh through loan process again and again. no proper gudance or custommer support in the begining.

I sturggle for 2months at every step during my educational loan process as I was directly appling online.

It is a request to reconnect with a customer who is trying to get in touch or applies directly through college portal.

There was a complete lack of proper communication from the company. i have not received any adequate response regarding the issue i faced, and a;so calls and emails went unanswered till now.

The executives are rude. They barely interact and lack in-showcasing transparency.

While doing registration especially VKYC, it's too hectic. I tried literally 3 days continuously for completing VKYC. No agent is connected to do VKYC. I called customer care number they also don't have basic information also very irresponsible people and not at all helping to solve the problem just time pasing with giving false information. It's very bad experience with Avanse customer care team and VKYC team.

It is most helpful to me, I have financial burdened to study. I was agree to study and MBA only because of financial help from AVANSE SERVICES.

Very bad service. They did not pay the fees as per our request. We asked them to pay 50% of the tuition fees, but they refused and said that since the offer letter mentions a deposit of £4000, they would only pay that amount. What kind of system is this?

Also, they transferred the fees at an exchange rate which was ₹4 higher than the current Google and forex rates. I would strongly advise others not to take a loan from Avanse. if here -1 rate availabe ill give that.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Avanse handled my education loan.
My name is Bewara Shiva Kumar (Loan Account No: DELEE00961532) and I had taken a loan for ₹41.23 lakhs. However, I only used ₹14.22 lakhs, yet the full amount was disbursed without my approval or consent. I tried calling their representative several times to stop the full disbursement, but they ignored my calls and never responded.
After more than a month of follow-ups and stress, Avanse finally adjusted the unused ₹23.82 lakhs — but they still charged interest on the full disbursed amount, which is completely unfair and misleading.
Their customer care closed tickets without resolving the issue, and there was no clear communication or support during this entire process. Even now, their system is showing an incorrect outstanding loan amount, causing confusion and mental pressure.
This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I strongly urge students to be very cautious before choosing Avanse and to thoroughly review all disbursement conditions. I hope no one else faces the same issue.
