Care Home selection
Made what felt like a daunting process much more manageable as it enabled me to narrow down my options. They were very quick to respond to my request and I had my Dad settled into a Care Home within ten days of using Autumna. Would highly recommend.

They sounded very convincing when they first reached out, promising to find clients for my homecare company for £39 a month. Unfortunately, it’s been a year now with no results — it feels like a scam. I was never given any documents to sign or review. When I called to cancel, they said I had agreed verbally to a one-year contract and insisted I must pay for the whole year. Please be cautious — don’t fall for it, as they will only take advantage of you as a new provider

Low cost option's on a limited budget.
Autumna provided me with plenty of choices within my budget. I was surprised to see what is available, especially during these challenging economic times. The staff have been very helpful and I anticipate that I will find what I'm looking for fairly soon. Mr. Bridge

Our experience with Autumna has been great. When we didn’t know where to turn we received a list of care homes with our specified area very quickly and were offered support every step of the way. My mum is now settled in a lovely care home and couldn’t be happier.

These guys are amazing. There are so many care homes out there at all different prices, it's difficult to know where to start.
Autumna did the hard work for me and sent me a list of potential homes within an hour.
Even better, I was able to get my mother into respite care the following day.
I'm not sure I'd been able to do that on my own.

At a very stressful time after a serious fall, we were helped to find a suitable safe new home for mum. From our initial enquiry, quick response and great support, my mum was settled in her new place within 2 weeks and loving it. Thankyou for all the support.

Autumna really help come up with a shortlist
I have used Autumna twice now, once for my Mum and just recently for my Godfather. On both occasions I was looking for quite specific places. Autumna called me to go through the requirements over the phone. They then went away to research and came up with an appropriate shortlist. They really made the process much easier on both occasions.

Just ease up a little perhaps on the follow up. Decisions for me as a client for this is a necessarily slow process. Just cut a little more slack for us after initial stages.
