Lors de notre arrivée au comptoir de agence , opérateur nous demande avec insistance la prise d'une assurance supplémentaire , nous avons refuser , lors de la validation de la caution de 750.00 € l'opérateur nous indique que la CB est refusé , je recommence mon code que je connais , je renouvelle le paiement via ma CB et de nouveau refuser 2 fois puis 3 fois . Alors là mon épouse propose de prendre sa CB pour acter le montant de la caution 750.00 € , là il refuse . Pour moi c'est l'impasse total , a savoir que le montant de la location soit 241.86 € à été payer 48 h avant . Plus de contact correct avec l'agent , donc pas de voiture pour nos 8 jours sur NAPLES . Nous étions obliger de prendre une autre Agence qui elle valide totalement ma CB pour la caution . Résultat pas de remboursement des 241.86 € par l'agence AUTOVIA Naples + des frais supplémentaire pour la nouvelle location environ 600.00 € .
cette location de voiture est lié à EASYJET via CAR RENTAL , je demande le remboursement total de mes 241.86 € à la société AUTOVIA Naples .

eer slechte ervaring met Autovia.

De auto die we in Napels meekregen, verkeerde al in slechte staat en vertoonde verschillende beschadigingen en duidelijke gebruikssporen.

Na het terugbrengen werd er plots €132 van mijn creditcard afgeschreven voor vermeende schade aan een velg, waarvan ik met klem betwist dat wij die veroorzaakt hebben. Ik heb deze afschrijving daarom via VISA/Worldline betwist.

Autovia bevestigde mij achteraf zelf dat ze tijdens deze procedure “al het nodige bewijsmateriaal” hadden aangeleverd. Toch werd de betwisting in mijn voordeel afgesloten en werd het bedrag teruggedraaid.

Je zou denken dat daarmee de zaak afgehandeld was.

Integendeel: Autovia begon mij daarna rechtstreeks opnieuw lastig te vallen voor dezelfde €132. Ik krijg herhaaldelijk betalingsverzoeken, steeds kortere betalingstermijnen en verwijzingen naar mogelijke juridische stappen. Hun laatste eis gaf mij zelfs maar 48 uur om te betalen.

Een eenvoudige autohuur is zo uitgedraaid op maandenlange frustratie over een schadeclaim van €132, zelfs nadat de VISA-procedure in mijn voordeel werd afgesloten.

Voor mij: nooit meer Autovia. Als je er toch huurt, neem bij het ophalen én terugbrengen zeer gedetailleerde foto's en video's van de volledige auto en bewaar alle communicatie.

We arrived to collect our pre-booked car with every document in hand: driving licence, ID, booking confirmation and a valid credit card. Autovia refused to hand over the car because their system supposedly didn't give "authorization to proceed" on my card. It's a regularly issued credit card from Hanseatic Bank, a well-known German bank, with plenty of available credit, and I've used it for several car rentals before without any problem.

No alternative was offered and no real effort was made to resolve it. We were simply left stranded at the airport at 11pm. A booking is supposed to guarantee you a car. With Autovia it apparently guarantees nothing. Avoid if you can't afford to be left without transport at the last minute.

Useless con artists that charged us 2 months after we got back for damage we hadn't done.

MY 10 year old grandson and I arrived at the airport to pickup an automatic car booked weeks earlier through Jet2 and they told me they had none and could only offer a manual. For me automatic car is essential when driving on the opposite side of the road to UK in a busy and unfamiliar city. So I declined their offer and managed to extract a fully stamped and signed letter from them declaring "Fleet Fail"

Despite the authoritive letter Autovia months to reluctantly give a full refund.

Luckily I got an automatic car from a nearby company (Budget) but at 3 times the original price!

So I managed to save the holiday from being ruined by throwing money at the problem!

Easy, smooth pickup. Retuning car was also simple. Car was in his clean condition. Desk staff were very helpful. No problems with rental experience.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding both the service provided by your staff and the way the payment and insurance requirements were handled.

First, I was very disappointed with the attitude and level of service at the rental desk. Your staff were not willing to properly discuss the situation or provide reasonable assistance. We also had to wait unnecessarily long, while the staff appeared to be more interested in talking to representatives from neighbouring rental companies than assisting us and the other customers waiting at the desk.

More importantly, I was told that I had to purchase your most expensive insurance package because I was using a debit card rather than a credit card.

I find this unacceptable and would like a clear explanation for this requirement. I travel frequently for business and have rented vehicles from many other rental companies using the same debit card, without ever encountering this issue.

I therefore do not consider the additional insurance charge to be reasonable, particularly given the circumstances under which it was imposed.

I am requesting a clear explanation of this charge and a refund of the €672 charged to my card.

Please also provide me with a detailed breakdown of the €672 charge and explain the specific terms and conditions that required me to purchase the additional insurance.

I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and would appreciate your written response as soon as possible.

We liked the vehicle. Check-in and check-out were easy, however I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned, and it has already been 9 days since the vehicle was returned.
Once I receive my bail, I can reconsider my assessment. Thank you.

Everything went as expected only the check in took longer than I thougt. Car was good and clean.

A partire dall'accoglienza. La Signorina simpatica e soprattutto paziente. Al ritiro l'auto era pronta e,nuova e pulita. Consigliato , da rifare semmai avro' necessità.
