We liked the vehicle. Check-in and check-out were easy, however I am still waiting for the deposit to be returned, and it has already been 9 days since the vehicle was returned.
Once I receive my bail, I can reconsider my assessment. Thank you.

Everything went as expected only the check in took longer than I thougt. Car was good and clean.

A partire dall'accoglienza. La Signorina simpatica e soprattutto paziente. Al ritiro l'auto era pronta e,nuova e pulita. Consigliato , da rifare semmai avro' necessità.

Esperienza super positiva dal check in per ritirare l'auto alla riconsegna. Auto ottima e super comoda.

Noleggiata auto dal 07/08 al 11/08 . Ottima accoglienza al desk tutta la pratica per il ritiro svolta in 10 minuti un plauso particolare al sig. Antonio davvero persona gentile e preparata . Ricevuto auto nuova in perfetto stato . Consigliatissimo

5 stars. A very positive experience with Ecovia at Naples Airport. I have to give credit where credit is due!

I had read some mixed reviews before booking, but my experience was excellent. If you read the rental conditions, follow their procedures and make sure you have a physical credit card in the main driver’s name, you should have no problems.

Collection was straightforward and the return process was equally smooth. The car was returned with a full tank, checked in and the paperwork clearly confirmed everything was in order with no additional charges.

I also purchased separate excess insurance through Cover4Rentals for extra peace of mind. Fortunately, I didn’t need to use it.

Based on my experience, I would happily use Ecovia Naples again. Follow the rules, document the car at collection and return and make sure you have the correct credit card. 5 stars from me.

never again... rented car at Naples airport. Never got the car due to missing ID. Thought drivers licence was ok... but ok... Staff pretty lame and arrogant. Though my passport ID was in previous rental it wasn't enough. Told me to write rental services for a refund. was declined. They still took my money of course - which they had no right to according to their terms. They referred to rental terms that weren't in there - and contradicted themsleves. When I kept asking for a proper explanation they essentially told me they couldn't be bothered anymore with this. Strange way to conduct business with existing customers. They rather do the wrong thing and lose future rentals over 169 EUROS... and probably they rented out the car again...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Was absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all there was no clear directions on the website. When we tried to call the number given no one answered. so we kept asking locals which lead us to the parking lot where we pick up the car (6 min walk in the RAGING HEAT WITH luggage) long story short we had to go ALL THE WAY back to the airport and check in which was also very hard to find.. when we got to check in the guy would ONLY accept and VISA CREDIT CARD which neither of us has. They will not accept a debit card or American Airlines credit card which left us with no car and 45 minutes late to scheduled arrival time to our destination. We then had to find another company to rent from that would take a US. Passport and an American Airlines credit card. We finally can across avius (which THANKFULLY WE DID). That process was way smoother. We tried to call the broker to get a refund (bc once again there WAS NOTHING about only taking a certain credit card and no directions whatsoever on where to find the check in) but they said they could only give us back “the insurance “ we paid which was 75 euros. Mind you we paid $300 for a 4 day rental. We are extremely unhappy as this whole situation caused us to miss another tour in our final destination leaving us down on money. Mind you we also left WELL in advance to ensure arrival on time however the whole check in process of trying to form a car took an hour. I wil NEVER rent a car from this company ever again

When we arrived there was a problem with the booking and the company wouldn't accept my Avant credit card for some reason which was beyond me but they then accepted my visa card, the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fixed everything, thank you 😊

I was looked after with a car even though I was 3 hours late. Staff were very supportive and understanding.

On my recent holiday to Naples our flight was delayed 8hours. As soon as I knew about the delay I called to office to let them know. I was told that the car I had ordered would still be available on my arrival. When I arrived I was told the car was not available and that I had to pay an extra £150 to get larger car which was no use to me. I have sent 2 email and had no reply. Won’t be using them again.

Scammers . Charged £853 for car which wouldn’t start!! Given a hybrid car. 10 minutes outside Naples airport it decided to update. 25 minutes .. then tried to start car and it started another update . It would not start or move . Random lady at the petrol station took pity on us and took us to Naples airport I was my disabled elderly father . Explained to Autovia what had happened . no apology ! Annoyed we had left the car even though we would miss our flight if we had waited another 55 minutes for update. Charged £ 853 no explanation just taken from my credit card.. unbelievable!
