Authentic Detective Omdömen

I’ve used AD about 4 times and the whole experience was a breeze. I’ve never had a problem with AD authenticators. One of the items I wanted COA ended up needing more specific photos. Submitted what was required and few hours later got my authentication done. And $5? Can’t beat that price right?

Best app for authentication hands down! Fast, accurate, and helpful!

Had vintage Prada heels, unsure of authenticity, and (of course) had mixed reviews from a Fb group I shared them with to ask if they were worth authenticating. So I decided $5 was worth finding out from an actual expert. Best money I spent, authentication was super fast and easy, upload clear pics and less than 24 hours later I had an answer and certificate of authenticity. Amazing service!

Horrible experience. Wasted 5 hours after so many photos given and no conclusion. Pls don’t waste your time and energy. Is this why the app doesn’t accept reviews in the App Store?

amazing service-
professional, knowledgeable and supremely efficient-
sooo quick!!!
thorough
legitimate
and polite. You are my go-to team! Thanks

I had a Chan el microchipped bag initially authenticated by a woman famous in a buy sell chan el group and she said she feels that my bag is not authentic but may pass other authenticators. That was weird. I decided to use Authentic detective, Real authentication, and several authenticators from Europe and Middle East, they all said that my bag is authentic. Authentic Detective is straightforward. They dont have to be a historian or create bad images of other authenticators just to stand out. Authentic Detective just do their job properly. No dramas. And yes they can inspect some chan el chipped bags already. Keep it up guys.

Great People to work with. They authenticated a pair of Gucci pumps and a vintage Versace handbag for me. Fast, affordable, knowledgeable, and polite. A great tool.

One of the fastest, cost effective and helpful Authentication services out there- THE only one I’ll use. I have had over a dozen pieces authenticated, each process was efficient, informative and comes with a certificate unique to the item.
Utterly invaluable service and HIGHLY recommended.
If you’re buying from any preloved platform or selling your items, Id recommend these guys!

Easy process, very quick, precise. The App is informative and easy to use. I have all Certificates (also some not authentic) in one place. I live in Europe and Authentication eg for bags is much more expensive here. I can really recommend the company and the new launched App.

Always spot on and highly trustworthy. Their response is quick and I trust them more than any other authentication places. The people who spew out bad reviews are people who are butt hurt from them getting bags that are fake and they don’t want to be told their bag is fake. I’d rather have someone be completely honest with me and that’s Authentic Detective.

This is a resellers must have tool. I recently purchased a bag second hand and although I was able to mostly vet it myself I wanted an experts opinion. As sellers I think it’s so important to be 100% sure of authenticity when reselling something you didn’t buy first hand. For $5 my potential buyer and myself will have peace of mind that it is authentic. Highly recommend. The process is streamlined and inexpensive and extremely quick.

They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. This is my go-to site and I highly recommend it to others.” “I found everything I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable. The site was well-organized, friendly and helpful." Great conscientious team and has never been wrong. Quick and concise.!"

They have never been wrong with their assessments of my Louis Vuitton and prada bags. They have resident experts that can legit check a bag quickly!

Truly amazing!

FAST FAST FAST. Unbelievably fast service. I was buying an expensive hand bag for my wife and the Authentic Detective was able to confirm the item I was buying was legit. I am so happy with this service. When buying or selling items in the re-sale business there is no other company I would trust. Thank you again for your fast and accurate service, it makes me feel much better knowing I am not purchasing fake items.

Prompt service, courteous experts, overall an excellent experience

Great authentication company foer all your luxury used goods

Don’t trust these guys! Authenticate the fake bag as an original one. I bought a handbag for 4,000 and sent pictures to Authentic Detectives. I got a certificate that the bag was authentic, so I kept it. Then I needed a minor repair, so I went to the brand's store. All members of staff told me that the bag was 100% fake. I wrote a complaint to the Detectives. They just cancelled the certificate and, after a few emails, refunded me for this certificate. But I lost 4000usd because of them

Wow, Just wow! Everything was super easy and the process made me feel very comfortable with the entire transaction. Have no fear and put your worries aside as it your luxury goods are in amazing hands 10/10 customer service and quality control!

This company is a hidden gem! I used them for authentication purposes and not only were they were reasonable in price but the turnover was so quick! Cannot recommend enough and can’t wait to use again in the future!
