Buyers Beware!

Bags are of the worst quality, then when you claim you want a refund. They will give you a fake address so bag is unable to be returned, and then claim they have not recieved the bag so refund cannot be given.

Amazing quality! I ordered a Dior and a Hermes bag from them and was skeptical at first as it was taking a while, but I received the bags today and I must say that the quality is superb! Super grateful to Jessica and Paul for their communication and customer service! Company makes sure each bag is thoroughly inspected beforehand and videos are sent to you before shipping. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this website at all costs. Customer service is good until your payment is taken. They send final product images for you to review, but ship the item regardless. I was unsatisfied with the final product images, but couldn’t do anything about it since it had already been shipped. When requesting a refund for not being satisfied with the product, I was denied on multiple occasions and ignored for days at a time by chat, message and email. For a company that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and a 100% risk free, no questions asked shopping experience, let me just say that it has been the farthest thing from that.

EDIT: Thanks for your reply. If you aim for a seamless shopping experience, provide me with the refund I have requested on multiple occasions for a product I didn’t approve of shipping. And it’s quite funny that you ask to send you an email for an unresolved issue because that’s what I’ve been doing for the past week and all my emails and messages are being ignored and my Live Chats are getting ended with no reply.

Be Roma was nothing short of exceptional all the way, but I give it 3 stars because my item was held with customs so it took another 10 days for me to receive it. To be fair, they sent me another one while they were dealing with customs which was great, but I missed the delivery data which was important to me. The quality of the item was great, and the customer service 5 stars, but I hope you understand why I had to post with 3 stars.

After placing my initial order of two bags with them, I quickly placed several additional orders totaling 6 bags and 1 wallet. Jessica is amazing and extremely caring so is her manager Paul. I have never dealt with such professional and caring customer service and sales associates in all of my years as a consumer. Living in New York City and having access to the finest luxury stores and items available, I will continue to choose this company for their superior quality and absolutely amazing customer service. The quality is unbelievable even to my extremely high standards. I have 1 million questions with each purchase and they are always answered with patience and care, I have recommended Friends and will continue to recommend anyone in the market for a high-quality, beautiful luxury bag or wallet. I am still waiting for some items to be delivered, but everything that I have received so far has been absolutely perfect and any issue that I have come across has been dealt with swiftly, fairly and honestly.
