about 3 weeks ago I applied for a police check trusting this company with there false advertising and fake reviews
There page says most cases 24 hours or 36 hours I waited 3 weeks and woukd email them every day until they said we are going to cancel your claim and send your Money back I still have not received anything from them worse company I have ever dealt with absolute rip offs

Instructions were clear, it took a bit longer than what I expected but all good in the end

Crappy service, I have done police checks with ease with other services, this is the only one I have had trouble with.

It’s a long process but once all the requirements are uploaded, the approval takes no time at all. Thank you ANCC for your prompt response.

It's a scam. They took my money and kept putting off my results for over a week. They won't refund my money despite being asked several times. I reported them to scam watch. Don't hand over your money. It's a scam. If you don't provide the service you advertise and you keep the money it's called a scam. I only post It's a scam when I've been ripped off. I regularly get police checks and decided to use your company and they are usually dispensed in less than 36hrs but it's been excuse after excuse and now I have to wait 7 days for my money. Stop blaming customers for a scam youre running. Either provide the Check or refund MY money now. Fairly simple.

The customer service people are very helpful and accessible. I did receive a wrong reply regarding one of my documents, however, the team were very apologetic and went out of their way to assist me to provide the exact information required. They were very accessible and extremely helpful. My report was received very quickly as well.

Horrible, only after I asked for a refund did I recieve my police check after waiting ages for it. I paid for express and didn’t receive it. The forms they were asking for were unnecessary, and they were so picky with what I can use as a student getting it for placement. You can’t use a student card, you have to have a written form with your full name and them offering placement (which you cannot get a letter for placement UNLESS you have a police report, agh). After many days of emailing back and forth (they have NO PHONE NUMBER, and are slow with emails when its asking for refunds) I sent them an email this morning saying I want a refund and attached the 3 (yes three) receipts to show I paid. Within a few hours I received the police check. Trying to get away with it. I went with another company and got it back within 10mins. They are just trying to save their butt. I received an email from them saying that I have received my police check and that 2 of the payments are from going from from standard check to volunteer check (okay sure) but what about my express payment? I also asked for a refund earlier and they may have just rushed it so they could keep their money. Wouldn’t recommend if you need some ASAP, though mine was much longer than that.

I experienced some confusion with exactly the documentation needed but upon re-reading was able to complete the check - it would improve the process if the outline was also upfront rather than only as you moved through it.

It's been almost two weeks since I started trying to get my police check through this company, and they keep citing an error regarding my workplace that has already been corrected. I've provided all the information they've asked for, and they keep saying it's incorrect, trying to get me to pay the fee to get it faster. My rating is ZERO.

The process was simple and easy to follow. The website itself is user friendly and it’s cheaper than the other sites. Definitely worth it and highly recommend it. Additionally, it didn’t even take long (just in 1 day).
