Genuine Review - Deserved 5-Star Score
I just want to leave a quick review for Suzanne and the team at the Glasgow Austen & Blake store to recognise their outstanding efforts in assisting me with important purchases from the store there.
So specifically I purchased an engagement ring initially and thereafter a custom designed wedding band.
During the process of trying to pick the right ring that we wanted Suzanne and her team were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in assisting us.
There was a real above and beyond personal touch added to our experience where the team spoke with us at length, provided complimentary drinks and made it feel really personal to them not rushing us at all.
The right ring was picked and bought, a short time later (few weeks) there was a slight issue identified with the ring which initially was disappointing. This was highlighted to Suzanne and she immediately organised for it to be sent away for repair.
Repair was great, no further issues and Suzanne offered full apologies for the issue identified.
Later we returned to try and organise a custom made band to go with the engagement ring and again full personal service provided as before.
I guess if I could sum up our particular experience then you never feel rushed, whatever enquiry or assistance you need the team there led by Suzanne then you feel like you are in good hands, lots of knowledge available, drinks, chat, made to feel comfortable and that particularly in the case of engagements and weddings they appreciate fully how important the event and choice of ring is to you.
Would definitely recommend the team at Austen & Blake Glasgow for any of your jewellery needs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service.
Suzann was very approachable and patient, nothing was too much trouble for her.
She gave good advice and this was much appreciated as we were unsure regarding what we were looking for.
After much deliberation we chose a beautiful eternity ring for my partner and am glad to say that we picked it up today.

Got an engagement ring here. First time I came in I knew nothing about jewellery and Suzann was very helpful with advice. My partner and I were very happy with the ring so we got our wedding bands here too. The process was very simple. We got the bands engraved for free as well. Thanks again to Suzann for making such a stressful purchase so clear and straight forward.

Amazing from start to finish dealing…
Amazing from start to finish dealing with the staff. I arrived to see the ring and make a final decision on this and was dealt with by Lauren who really helped reassure me that i had made the right choice, let me take videos picture ect as i was wanting to make my Fiancee a video reel. When i collected the ring the woman who helped me made me feel at such ease as i was beyond excited and made this feel a very special moment. I would highly advise anyone with any thoughts of popping the questions please do not hesitate visiting this store as they were all beyond helpful any time that i required there assistance …. Thank you she said YES !!!
