Fantastic experience
We visited this jewellers in Chester last Friday. My husband had arranged a surprise appointment for me to choose a new engagement ring for my up coming 50th birthday. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jean & Mariana were so attentive, they made us feel really special! Prosecco was flowing which was lovely. The ring choices were unbelievable, you literally build up your own ring which makes it even more special. Looking forward to receiving my new ring now. Thanks for everything girls, you really did go above & beyond x

Beautiful Ring
Good appointment availability which is easy to arrange. Lovely enthusiastic lady greeted us upon arrival. Clean and spacious shop no hustle and bustle. Great informative sales lady, we were offered refreshments which made us feel not rushed. We chose the most beautiful ring which was ready for collection within the suggested timeframe.

Good experience
We visited the Chester store looking for our wedding bands. Georgea explained A&Bs approach to jewlerry which we appreciated. They had an amazing selection for us to try on - all of the ones I’d seen online were available. Georgea was fantastic at giving feedback on which band complimented my ring and she kindly sent us a link to each of our options via email.

Brilliant service and beautiful jewellery
I’ve used Austen Blake several times now and already planning the next purchase.
Staff are always helpful and prices are reasonable, but mostly I appriciate that you can basically have your jewellery made however you like which is hard to come by.

My husband arranged an appointment with Georgea without my knowledge! Georgea and all the staff were very welcoming. I was choosing a diamond ring for my birthday and Georgea was very helpful and patient with me. Her knowledge was also great. What was also special was the fact that I could chose everything about the ring, which was being made especially for me! Upon collection of the ring I was not disappointed. Would highly recommend.
