They made it so easy from start to finish! Perfect communication! I didn’t have a clue about diamonds beforehand and they walked me through the whole process to the point I felt super knowledgeable about them. I did my research and looked through their website before booking an appointment. I went to the appointment by myself and the staff at the Chester store took good care of me.
