Auronum Omdömen

My experience with Auronum was wonderful. They are so helpful and assit me from selection to buying process. There was a problem with adding master card. They solved that and delivered my product properly. Thankful to them.

Very straight forward professional company to deal with. I telephoned them to agree a price on some precious metals that I was selling and they were more than fare with the price. Sent my items via Royal Mail special delivery. They kept me up to date the following day via email when they had received my items, when everything has been authenticated and a final email to inform me that my funds were now in my account. All this was done on the day that they received my items. As I say, a no nonsense professional company to deal with. Highly recommend.

I decided to check them out due to recommendation from my friend. I was very pleased with the customer service. I was given facts and options. I never felt pressured. When I made the decision to purchase the representative was very knowledgeable and helped me get my goal in line what was available. I really felt comfortable buying from them. I will come back again!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly. They walked me through every step and made sure I was completely satisfied. I am really very pleased with my experience.

Superb company! Easy and straight forward from the start. Regular updates as the sale process was proceeding. Can’t fault them. Paid super quick!
Will use them again without hesitation!

Superb quality and professionalism. The sovereign I purchased was Platinum 1oz US Eagle, 10 Mark German Friedrich III(1888), delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The buying process was smooth and I will certainly order more.

I received my product second day after ordering and the coins matched the website description perfectly. On time delivery and competitive pricing have made a loyal customer of them!

I was so excited to buy my first gold sovereign and Auronum exceeds my expectations. The coins arrived on time and it was same as advertised. I will buy again but I hope price need to adjusted more.

This was an excellent seamless selling of my sovereigns. Communications were excellent and I was pleased that Lee gave me the option to lock down the price on the day. I would recommend Auronum to my friends and family.

As a repeat customer of this website, I can say they are nothing but outstanding! Everytime they delivered my coins securely packaged and shipped timely. You can choose them for buying coins without any hesitations.

This isn't first time I am buying from Auronum, and each buying experience has been outstanding. My orders arrived promptly, often faster than the expected shipping date. The coins were exactly as described, and the packaging ensured they arrived in perfect condition. Surely recommend!

Their support team is responsive and helpful. They helped me to choose exact coins that have historical value and great investment oppotunities. I surely buy again from them.

Selling a coin was easy, I phoned and spoke to a very polite and professional representative, I
Posted the coin and received payment the same time next day.
I would highly recommend ‘Auronum’

I recently had the pleasure of working with Auronum and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Their professionalism, unique approach and transparency made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. Although sovereign has historical significance but I think it will be good investment for future.

Fantastic service. Great prices. Quick and easy all the way.
I had several sovereigns to sell but was highly wary of sending coins through the post. I went to three jewellers who each offered me £465 per coin. I found Auronum on the net, read the reviews and went for it having spoken to them over the phone and especially as they offered me £528.61for each sovereign.
It took a day and a half from start to finish and I will definitely be using them again.

Simply the best place for dealing with precious metals in the UK. They offer the best buyback prices in the country and provide fantastic customer service. Highly recommended
