Service unterirdisch bzw nicht vorhanden. Keinerlei Kommunikation möglich. Lieferungen werden trotz Vorkasse wochenlang zurückgehalten. Warte seit 6 Wochen auf Ware für knapp 3000 Euro.

Lieferung von 3 Silbermünzen hat 8 Wochen statt angekündigter 1 bis 2 Wochen gedauert.
Herr Buchloh hat auf meine Mailanfragen sehr freundlich geantwortet. Inhaltlich aber bla bla qualitative Probleme bla bla warten auf Austauschware bla bla wir versenden in 10 Tagen bla bla Produktionsprobleme bla bla wir versenden nächste Woche bla bla.
Ich hatte Angst, keine Ware zu kriegen, habe keine Lust mehrfach nachfragen zu müssen und kaufe hier einfach nicht mehr.

Bestellung nach mehreren Wochen nicht erhalten. Über Vorkasse gezahlt. Erst nach vielen Emails kam eine unzureichende Antwort. Mal fühlt sich hintergangen. Ich werde dort nie wieder etwas kaufen

International buyer. This site has a great selection of coins. Communications/updates could be improved but all the coins I order arrived. Would consider ordering from Aurinum again as I can't find many of these coins elsewhere. Overall experience good.

Vyhnite sa tomuto predajcovi. Kúpil som si niekoľko strieborných a zlatých mincí. Do dnešného dna mi nič neposlali. Čakám už 6 mesiacov. Hrozná komunikácia. Na email neodpovedajú. Nedá sa im dovolať. Neviem či môj zaplatený tovar vôbec niekedy uvidím. KATASTROFA.

honestly i thought i left a review already warning people that they were scammers. but i can't find one so it might have gotten deleted.

i ordered a silver coin in june 2021. didn't receive the coin by the promised delivery date. didn't get the coin at twice the promised delivery date.

started a paypal action. and something went wrong. i sent them a message, waited a week and then suddenly paypal closed the ticket saying it was resolved. still no coin, and no chance to get my money back.

sent them some angry e-mails i never got a responce to and figured that's that. i simply got scammed.

BUT!!!!!!!!!! over a year later. in september 2022 i get an e-mail that my order has been shipped, and a couple days later i get my coin.

coin looks good except it looks like it has been rubbed with something (there are scratched on it) and there seems to be a mark on it from when the coin was stamped. some kind of tool mark except it's a discoloration and no physical damage. (maybe the stamp was dirty wich is why the scratches are realy sad because this could have made it worth more.)

so to make my point. they are not scammers. they just bought into a way too good advertising deal and they got absolutely swamped.
if they still sent it a year later after not having heard from me for all that time. how could i call them scammers.

Meine erste Bestellung bei diesem Shop und alles hat phantastisch geklappt, Kommunikation und Handling alles top. Münzen in 1 A Qualität. Ja, es hat etwas länger gedauert, aber das sind auch Münzen die ich sonst nirgendwo anders hier in Deutschland gefunden habe. Danke für dieses reichhaltige Angebot.

I hope telling here my sad experience could save you a great misery

I bought in 2022 March an Australia 2 oz Gold Lunar Tiger BU, with a shipping time of 7-9 Working Days. I waited for months because André Buchloh, the owner of Aurinum.de, provide me delivery dates that never satisfied. After 4 months, Andre stopped to answer my emails and he didn’t give me further explanations. That’s why I decided to revoke the contract and request my money back, within the terms of the contract.

It’s almost August 2022, it’s been 5 months since the purchase and I haven’t received my coin, neither my money.

I’ve sent my case through the UE consumer agency because André Buchloh doesn’t answer anymore my emails.

Sincerely, when you buy gold and silver, you expect, at least, a trustable service, and Aurinum had miserably failed.

Check the reviews of this shop in Google Maps
before you buy there, you’ll see I’m not the only one that suffered this misbehavior from André Buchloh.

Tuve un problema con ellos y no me resolvieron nada, al revés, me ignoraron habiendo pagado no me mandaron lo que les pedí y no me dan ninguna solución, se han quedado con mi dinero. Timadores. No comprar aquí nunca.

I should have read recent comments here before I purchased from the site for the first time since last year... Maybe the seller was good before but has changed his mind. I put my recent order in March and I have not received it yet, nor any replies to my emails.
Hope someone in Germany can investigate what is going on.

After I wrote as above, I received emails from the seller and then my order today. I guess this site affected him. Thank you, Trustpilot!

Ware bestellt Anfang des Jahres - nach fast 6 Monaten noch immer keine Lieferung erhalten - Updates kommen nur auf eigene Nachfrage & diese auch nicht gerade Kundenorientiert bzw. freundlich...

ich denke dies ist eine "Masche" um das kleine Schneeballsystem aufrecht zu halten...
Bestellungen auf Vorkasse anzunehmen um so weitere Einkäufe tätigen zu können...

Bestellung am 17.04.2022 aufgegeben, bisher noch immer keine Lieferung American Eagle 1Oz. Man wird von Woche zu Woche weiter vertröstet ohne einen verbindlichen Liefertermin. Habe über PayPal bezahlt und jetzt das Geld zurückgefordert. Absolut unseriöser Verkäufer und Internetshop.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei diesem Unternehmen einfach klasse, ich bin super zufreden und empfehle den Händler gerne weiter.

Die politische Lage bereitet mir große Sorgen und ich möchte nicht all mein Vermögen über Nacht verlieren nur weil einige meinen, dass weitere Waffenlieferungen einen Krieg beenden können. Falls es eskaliert, dann möchte ich vorbereitet sein und nicht mit wertlosem Papiergeld dastehen.

Every time i ordered coins, i also got them. True, with a little delay, but everything was always right. So far so good.

Avoid this shop if you don’t want to lose your money and time. Before you pay they are kind and answer quick, after the payment forget about that, slow or no answers and months to deliver a simple order that they promise to send in 3-9 days (3 months took mine) and they sent me wrong coins, damage and stained coins… awful experience.
I’ll never buy again from them.

This is the first time I have ever had to write a warning about a scam "business".

I ordered a gold coin from aurinum.de over 3 months ago. And I paid immediately in advance. Over 1700 euro.

The coin has not been sent.

Up until you pay, they reply fairly promptly to e-mails. But after you have paid, e-mails remain unanswered, and phone calls only receive a promise of a call back (which never happens).

I know - why should you believe what "some guy on the internet" says? It could be a competitor, trying to sabotage. I had the same thoughts when I read some of the negative comments on trustpilot, before placing my order.

Several years ago I *did* successfully receive an order from Aurinum - but that was not without difficulties. It was not "right first time", and it took several weeks for the correct coin to finally arrive.

Since then, it seems that things have changed for the worse. Either through being a real scam, or just through incompetence, the owner of this site is definitely *not* to be trusted with your hard-earned money.

If you are still determined to buy from Aurinum, at least purchase via ebay - there you are protected with their money back guarantee. I did not, unfortunately.
