Support Rep, Dale, has answered my many questions about Auraglow, which was very valuable.This is the most effective teeth whitener I have experienced over many years of teeth whitening. I have tried so many, and they do not get the tough stains out. Auraglow does the best job!

I love this product! Ordered the 35%, the first 2 applications left a bit of my gum edge sore. So I went to every other day for a week. Perfect! No sensitivity and I can see the difference. I'm using the trays that I had, and tossed the gel that wasn't giving me the whitening that I wanted. So easy to use. Will definitely reorder!

The customer service, especially with Dale, was exceptional! As a new customer, I feel good that they will be there to answer my questions and give me the service I need!

My teeth were getting shockingly stained from drinking tea. Getting your teeth whitened by a dentist is ridiculously expensive, so I decided to try Auraglow. I was amazed at how fast it works, after 2 days, the stains were much lighter. I have no doubt that with continued use, they will be gone.

The customer service is great, I had a question and they replied the next day.

Followed directions and about 20 minutes into the treatment my roots of my teeth started throbbing and my gums felt like on fire! The top and bottom and even bottom in front of my teeth.

I removed the product and rinsed like crazy and have white burn marks on my gums. This product is dangerous or needs a recall. I took photos best I could and returning product- but think it needs MUCH MORE ATTENTION than that.

Had to interact with customer service after receiving my product and the representative that assisted me went above and beyond to help me. Their product is fantastic as well. Would definitely recommend this business and their products!

First off the product is amazing!!! I have bought several pens and they work great!!! By chance I received a pen that leaked and they immediately send me a new one the next day!!! Keep up the great customer service and you have me as a customer for life!!!

Very quick response - problem solved right away

It was great because the representative got back to me right away and offered to replace my product that was no longer working. He followed up even when I delayed my reply due to travel.

I sent an email regarding my device not charging. I quickly received a response from Dale in Customer service support. He sent me the proper instructions on how to charge my device. Excellent customer service support and overall product satisfaction.

I had a previous version of Auraglow's Deluxe Home Kit with the battery-operated light unit that stopped working. Despite being older, it hadn't been used very many times and battery replacement did not current the problem. I reached out to Auraglow and was promptly contacted back by Dale from their customer service. He requested a few pieces of information and by the next morning, he had one of their brand new rechargeable light units being shipped out to me as a replacement. Some companies would simply say it had been too long, here's the cost for a new unit, or "Sorry, that happens." It's nice to know some companies are still willing to improve and stand behind their products.

SUPERB! EXCELLENT! A few terms that sum up my experience with customer service. My daughters cat destroyed her cable charger on a Friday… I sent email explaining the situation and honestly expecting no reply. MONDAY MORNING, not only had Dale replied, he said that a new cord will be in the way! It was already shipping by mid Monday morning!

This is the BEST service I’ve received in YEARS!!!!
