The auraglow really works! After 6 months, it wouldnt charge properly, so i wrote to customer service, answered a few questions, and they are sending me a replacement immediately. Great customer care!

We had a great experience with the customer service rep. Our product wasn't working and after reaching out to Auraglow for assistance we were able to trouble shoot the device and is now working perfectly. I was super impressed with the followup response timeframe from the rep as it was either same day or next day. And the rep was very polite and helpful. We are super impressed with the service we were provided and the products we have. We highly recommend them from what we've tried so far. It's nice to have a friendly support team from the company to help within timely to help correct any issues there maybe with the product. It truly shows a company truly cares when they have helpful genuine people representing the company. We will be long time customers in the future to come. Thank you Auraglow!

Auraglow responded quickly to my inquiry and replaced my unit without hesitation.

I had bought an Auroglow and used it often It is so easy and my 'old' teeth started to brighten up. I was thrilled. I was away for awhile and when I went to use it again, I could not find my charger. I sent the company an email requesting how to buy another one - and Dale responded immediately. I totally recommend this company for a great product, awesome employees, and quick response.

Recently I needed a charging cord for my Auraglow teeth whitening device but to have it sent to me would be extremely costly as I live in Canada. I contacted the online support and was connected with Dale, where I explained predicament and by the end of that day they had a new one on the way to me. When I first received my device I filled out my warranty and sent it in, strongly recommend on anything. Dale was very helpful and even let me know when it was shipped (the following morning) and gave me a tracking #.
I can now have white teeth again. I love my Auraglow, noticeable whiter teeth within only a few uses.

I had been using my whitening kit for a few days when the fluorescent light would not go on. I left a message with Auraglow regarding the problem. I received a reply within 24 hours with some suggestions and it worked. I let the company know and received a follow up right away. Great product, I definitely saw a difference within a week and the customer service was outstanding.

I cannot encourage you enough to purchase a Auraglow LED Whitening Kit. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results I got. It's so easy to use and I especially appreciated the pre-measured gels and the timer on the tray itself. It's also very comfortable. After just a few treatments some friends noticed a difference. I can honestly say I have a new, more confident and much whiter smile! I'm a customer for life!

My Auraglow whitening light stopped working after a few months. I reached out directly for troubleshooting help and I was greeted with courteous, helpful instructions to get started. After a short video submission to show what was not working (no charge/no light), they shipped me a replacement device at no charge. It was received in a day or two. Customer service is quick and helpful. And the product I got (teeth whitener light and gel) works well.

This product is easy to use and I can definitely see the results of using it daily. Included was a generous supply of the bleaching solution to last for a while. And simple instructions to follow for product care.
