Frame stopped working and used live chat to troubleshoot. As there was no obvious issue - I’d tried everything suggested - a replacement power cable was sent free of charge. This arrived the following day and solved the issues. Very grateful for the prompt solution and speed of how my query was handled.

I had a problem with my Aura frame and Maria responded immediately and sent me a new power cord the same day. Perfect fix.

I had an issue with our Aura (it suddenly went dark)…but Nirvan came to the rescue….she sent us a new cable at no charge, and it did the trick…I was very impressed.

I have had Aura Frames for about 4 years as a gift from my daughter and was pleased to see my grandson as he is growing up because she is able to upload all of her photos for me to see.

One day the Aura Frames started to reboot but never went through the reboot cycle, a blank screen showed up and the circle displayed but never rotated. I tried, disconnecting power several times and eventually the frame remained black. I was tempted to hard reset but decided against that because I wasn't sure what that would do.

I contacted customer service through the chat line and described my issues. Just from my conversation, Maria, my Customer Care representative, emailed me and immediately offered the opinion that it could be a bad power adapter and sent me a link to get a new adapter free of charge. She was sure to let me know that she would continue to support me and wanted to be informed of my progress. Within a couple of days the part arrived and upon plugging it in the Frames immediately went through the reboot cycle and my photos once again reappeared.

I let Maria know that everything is wonderful again. She kindly responded that if I keep the email strand, she would be around to support me with any future issues, all that I would need to do is contact her.

It is not often that a company will provide excellent customer service support in every way. I am grateful to Maria who very quickly solved my problem in her first response. 5 STARS and a HAPPY FACE to Maria and to Aura Frames!

I got my Aura frame when my great niece was born. She just turned two and I have enjoyed “watching her grow up “ on my frame… such great crisp pics. I also appreciated the wonderful customer service that I received when the frame recently needed a new cord.

The customer support is incredible! My aura frame stopped working and I emailed the company. In one day I had a response and 3 days later had a new cord which fixed the problem. In a world where nothing works and no one cares, this was a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!

I’ve had my Frame for a few years, but the electrical cord all of a sudden stopped working… I sent one email and, before the week was over, I had a new cord at my doorstep!

The carver frame died but I got a fast response and resolution of the problem. Replacement of frame came within a couple of days and setup was easy without loss of the pictures.

My Aura frame, which I loved, stopped working. I messaged Aura customer service to ask what I could do to get it working again. My email was answered within minutes. When I explained what happened to my Aura, they immediately offered to send a replacement power without any further questions. The cord was at my door within 24 hours. And, my Aura was working again.

Getting the support for my frame was easy and Rey on the support staff was very professional. Rey walked through all the usual steps and then we narrowed the problem down to a degraded frame. Aura replaced my frame promptly and the process was easy. The process to return the degraded frame was also easy.

I was looking for the adapter for my frame on the internet for several weeks and was having no luck until I contacted Aura themselves for help and they sent me the adapter. I am very happy

My Aura frame just went black one day, I reached out to the customer service at Aura Frames August 9, I received and response August 10 and was told a replacement power cord would be sent to me free of charge. I received the power cord August 12 it fixed the problem!!!! yeah! I let customer service at Aura know how wonderful it was to have such prompt helpful response and assistance. Great quality all around

I had an issue with the old power cable and they replaced this FOC as I had purchased a new Aura frame and troubleshooted that it was the cable. The customer care support was exceptional. Thanks you once more I now can use both frames.

Maria was most helpful in answering a question. My current aura frame was a present to my wife and after a few growing pains in the learning department, she absolutely loves it, and adds her phone photos all the time…..a GREAT PRESENT for someone hard to get presents for!

I reached out to Aura for a replacement power cord for a frame we had purchased years ago for my aging parents. After they passed away, I found the frame but couldn't find the power cord. Aura customer service went above and beyond and replaced the power cord for no charge! Free part and free shipping. I can't wait to see the photos on this frame that has been idle for some years now.
