They make you email their support if you want to cancel your subscription. You can get literally any of their items from a local store or online for half of the price. Their VIP crystal club is now $25 PER month for ONE crystal- this is ridiculous…

This isn’t just a company it’s a collection of family they truly are committed to each individual. I’m honored to be part of this family thank you doesn’t say enough. I’m so grateful for the magic they send every month and the space they hold for each individual as well. I’m so happy with everything. I’m excited for my next magical gift. I got my 1st crystal this month. It is a labradorite moonstone. It has a wonderful blue flash, and inclusions. So pretty. I 100% recommend

You haven’t cancel my subscription when I have told you many times

I signed up for the VIP Crystal Club after seeing an ad that said I'd only pay the $9.97 shipping and handling fee for a crystal every month. I also received a text reiterating it'd only be $9.97. For the second month, I was charged $24.97.

When I emailed them, they responded, "We had sent out an email about why we had to do some price increases for the VIP Crystal Club. I guess you may have missed it". After trying to justify the increase, it says, "Typically, we process orders promptly after purchase. Nevertheless, I've already contacted our dedicated fulfillment team to explore the possibility of canceling your recent order. I will let you know as soon as I get a response. Please know that your loyalty means the world to us. After discussing this with my manager, we've agreed to lower your monthly shipping price from $24.97 to $17.97."

I searched my inbox just to be sure, and I did not receive the email they're talking about. What I did receive was a regular subscription notification email, but there was no indication of a price increase, so I treated it like a reminder and didn't open it. The subscription price is in the body of the email and doesn't explain why the price increased. It just states the price like that was always intended. "As part of your subscription, starting with your second month, your VIP Crystal Club membership continues at a $24.97 USD shipping & handling price (plus any applicable taxes) each month".

However, in the first text I received, it says "Every month, you'll receive a new, beautiful, all-natural crystal. All we ask from you is for your honest feedback on the crystal you received & to help us cover the shipping & handling of $9.97!" If the price increased within that month (doubtful), a text or separate email that really emphasizes that there's been an increase should have been sent.

It should be stated up front that the second month has a price increase. Even just a note at the front of the subject line of the subscription notification email saying "Price Has Increased" would have been nice. This all just feels really dishonest and sneaky on AuraBloom's part.

Added 6/9/26: On May 30th, they charged me again. When I saw it the next day, I forwarded the email to their support and reiterated that I cancelled. The response was that the system didn't fully cancel my subscription but the rep would manually cancel it. I asked about the refund and was told they were waiting for final confirmation and would keep me up to date. I emailed back to say thank you, and they confirmed the refund request was in process, just waiting for final confirmation. I didn't hear anything until I emailed them today. I immediately received my refund after prompting them for it.

I placed an order last week and it was delivered today. Shipping was fast, everything was beautiful. Every piece came in its own little pouch and a description card was in the box, which was very helpful. I can't wait to see what I get next month. Thank you for being an amazing company.

They do a good job caring for the customer and clearly put a lot of effort into their monthly boxes.

I am pleased to be a part of the VIP Crystal club. I am extremely pleased with the crystal that I received for my first review it is beautiful and has a positive energy flowing from it I use it every morning and evening along with meditation and mindfulness. I look forward to future crystals and new experiences.

I have been with Aura bloom for almost two years. They have been very good with me. I had a few issues but they right away took care of it for me. I like the assortment of crystals I get.

Found an offer to join their vip club. 10$ shipping and I got a beautiful Labordite Moonstone. Definitely looking forward to seeing what i get next.

Do NOT join their VIP crystal club!!! You will join for a low price, then they upcharge it the following month saying
" we emailed out information regarding raising costs" -- it's all untrue. I say this because I've found multiple encounter the exact same issue. The company will then keep trying to have you to stay and I did so for a few months at $13.00 ( originally it was $9.99 a month when I first joined).

Then FOUR Months later, the company charged me for $25.00 out of nowhere. I contacted them and they said well it was their
" yearly vip subscription that is detailed in their information"-- and " that it didn't matter that it normally does not hit the first month, and charges the second month." I asked where that information was, and if they could send me a link to it, and they finally just fully cancelled and refunded the full amount.

Do NOT join. They will keep adding on additional fees and make up reasons why. I looked later in the fine print and found it does bring up "a subscription fee" but there are no details about how much it even is, when it hits, or any else.

This company does nothing more than hides information, continues to lie and makeup information as to why fees are changed, and claims to send out information that it never sends.

The crystals are poor quality and you can purchase better crystals going to an actual crystal shop. I've tried canceling my membership twice with no success. They reply with, "Just to confirm we received your inquiry, we'll get back to you as soon as possible."

I love my stone …. Can’t wait to get some more crystals I’ve been manifesting for some time

I love Aurabloom so much. I have been subscribed to their monthly VIP crystal club since October of 2024 and I have loved each item that I get from it. I have received necklaces, bracelets, and crystals/rocks/gems. Also, the staff is very lovely, wonderful, and helpful, especially Heather. Thank you. I love this company.

AWESOME!!! ALL AROUND SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & communication staff. I recently started the monthly vip Crystal tryout & review, the first month I got a gorgeous chunk of amyithus Crystal & another Crystal shard that's purple, blue, & clear as a necklace, SO I did my little review like I was supposed and was really excited for th next months shipment. Well I got a notification saying it was delivered I couldn't find find it looked for it or 3days and walked into my backyard and noticed a white bag about the size of the bracket I was waiting for. My friends dog got the package and shredded it broke the braclet and apparently swallowed 90% of the stones. So I got ahold of their C.S. to explain what happened & I wasn't going to be able to do a review because of that . I told them I wasn't asking for anything since it was not their fault in the least bit and that I would do a review on the next month's shipment. SO HEATHER ( A REAL ANGEL) asked me to send them pics of the shredded parcel and send it them. Long story short HEATHER & the rest of the team actually sent me a replacement braclet no charge which I just got yesterday and need to do a video review on it tonight. Aurabloom is a small company doing things the Right & decent way. I plan on staying with them until I can build a DAMM with all the beautiful crystals & stones. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I have been getting Aurabloom since the beginning of the year and I absolutely love it! I just got a rose quartz necklace and I don't think its going to come off. Thank you Aurabloom!

My problem is that I have tried to cancel my subscription and it’s impossible
If you try doing using their website it comes up with an error, I send 4x emails now with no reply, I will have to contact my bank to get this cancel
