My order came beautifully and carefully packaged. The gemstones are so pretty and feel good in your hands. The store is attentive and check in to make sure you are happy with your order. Great experience.

Woke up this morning thanking God for some reason in the court called me so I picked up my rose beer and I hold it for seven then this meditating on it then I got a message from Aurabloom send me a message with the rose quartz citrine the smoky quartz smoky quartz and the fluorite and so I just got all crystals out and went over each one of them of the meaning I’m happy I did it cause I feel so much good this morning. Thank you these crystal has been helping me in so many ways, uplifting my spirits and everything. I look forward my subscription boxes every month and sometime. I even buy them when I need a when pick me up again thank you

I was charged ten dollars for shipping when I was just trying to find out the shipping cost and there is no cancel order button! You have to reach out to the company presently and I was unable to cancel the transaction through my bank.

I was skeptical about the program, but I have to say, the customer service was amazing. My first crystal had a chip in it and they automatically sent a replacement for free. The free meditation and crystal comfort sheets were very nice and informative.

Joined that dumb “vip crystal club” thing intending to only for a few months, now I think most people can tell that it’s very obviously not a free crystal every month, and they’re just saying it’s shipping to make it sound better. The crystals I’ve got also were pretty small compared to their examples of them but whatever it’s a mystery thing and it’s not a terrible price. However I went on the site yesterday to cancel my membership and could not for the life of me find how to cancel it, so I email them and they replied in a few hours, pulled the whole “we’ll lower your rate don’t leave!!!” Except! They said “we’ll lower your monthly shipping from $20 to $10!” It was $10 to begin with. I’ve now emailed them three times with no response. Don’t buy from this company. At the very least don’t get a subscription. But you can find crystals somewhere else that doesn’t have a bunch of assholes in charge, or are less so assholes at least.

I received my first crystal from the VIP Club, and it is amazing! A beautiful labradorite palm stone with nice flash. After a month of wearing/carrying it on my person, I am impressed! I believe it is helping me to transition through some hard life-changes. Great c/s, with a quick turnaround time for answers to questions. I hope i can continue to afford the almost 25 dollar subscription!

They got right back to me when I had questions about an order, and that's important to me. Their products and crystals are amazing, especially the information cards they send with them, telling us what each crystal is known for and their healing modalities. I work with crystals everyday, so it's really important to know a crystals' history and what it does energetically.

I am so happy with AuraBloom the customer service is top shelf. I absolutely love being a member of the VIP club. I anxiously await for my package to arrive and I have never been disappointed with their selection. Instead they have wow'd me everytime. I highly recommend to do business with this company

I love how each box is curated for a specific purpose. It's not just a bunch of random items thrown together. I also love the cards that explain a bit about what is inside each delivery.

Absolutely stunning first box. This box was aligned with the throat chakra and I truly felt the intention and meaning behind every stone and the little trinkets that were sent along. I will be happily committing to a full time subscription to AuraBloom. 🩷

This was my first time ever receiving a crystal from aurabloom and I am in love! The free crystal is got was a beautiful labradorite stone. The blue and gorgeous green flashes on this crystal is sooo pretty and I love the cute little red bag it came in!! I can not wait to receive another!! Thank you aurabloom ❤️

SCAM! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED, RUN!!!! THEY SAID I'D PAY 9.99 FOR SHIPPING AND I'VE BEEN GETTING CHARGES LIKE $25, $50... THE CANCELLATION OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THEIR APP OR WEBSITE AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY ARE JUST SENDING FAKE CRYSTALS AND OVERCHARGING PEOPLE AND MAKING THEM UNABLE TO CANCEL IT EASILY.

I love aurabloom, i signed up for the vip monthly subscription, and the first thing i will say is the crystals they send are GORGEOUS. I was very worried it wasnt legit but it absolutely was!!! Along with my crystal they send pdf files with very helpful information in them, i had to cancel my subscription because I couldnt pay the monthly fee, and even canceling was a breeze, while trying to cancel my subscription, amazingly they tried 3 times to give me a discount, i wouldve totally done it if i had the funds but i lost my job and could not pay, they offered it to me and sadly i couldnt take the offers because i dont have a job anymore :( while canceling i explained my situation and they sent me a very sweet personalized message(not a automated message) about how they understand and hope to see me back soon, i told them i wished i could take the offer but sadly dont have an income to pay a monthly fee the lady (heather) was incredibly sweet and understanding about it, like i really appreciated her sweet and lovely responses to my message.

I loved their services so much that when i get a job and an income i will be returning to their crystal vip club service, literally if anyone is think about doing their vip club or services you should. They are such an amazing company and i love them so so much. The crystal was so pretty and had soo much good energy coming off of it. All in return for feedback!! Yes !! Go get signed up, part of me loving this company came from the respectful responses they gave me while canceling my service with them. Heather was really super sweet and i can tell she was feeling sad for me leaving, i also really really liked that they didnt send me some dumb automated message and actually read and responded to my heartfelt message about leaving them.
They also refunded me my money lik3 immediately after canceling!!

P.s - to cancel your subscription go on google.com and write aurabloom cancel subscription, they will always message and try to get you to go at a lower rate, just reply to the email where they ask you if you want it at a lower rate and say you cant or dont want to or something, just because they offered a lower rate doesnt mean you have to say yes, they will offer to lower it like 2 times, and you can just email them back and say you still want to cancel it and cant afford to keep paying for it. They were really understanding you just have to email them and tell them. They will give you your money back, you just have to explain it via email.
