DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APATHETIC AND THEY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO MONTHS! I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THEM AND THE IGNORANT DELIVERY SERVICE THEY USE, CALLED GOFO. FREE SPIRIT TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY AND JUST BLAMES THE DELIVERY SERVICE. HORRIBLE! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I ordered a bracelet from your company for the first time, and I’m honestly shocked by the experience. The bracelet arrived in a small gift bag that is clearly damaged and stained with a red mark. When I asked for a replacement, I was told to try cleaning it myself.

I find this response completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be told to “clean” a brand‑new item that arrives in a defective condition ,especially when it’s meant to be a gift. This is not normal, and it is not professional.

At this point, I am seriously considering returning the entire order. Being asked to fix your quality issue myself is insulting, and it has completely undermined my confidence in your company.

I received high quality crystals. Some other companies crystals are either fake or low quality.

Promoted themselves as a local business in Australia. Returns then to France.
A return resolution of a significant discount offered. Only once we had re-ordered (as part of this offer) did they then tell us using US$ not Australian - which had been the case throughout all transactions and communications.

Such a beautiful and unique bracelet and I love the ammonite in the centre. It is adjustable and comfortable to wear. It is 3 bracelets in one which is a huge bonus and have had many lovely compliments about it.

Ordered a selenite lamp. After seeing the postage/ sending address I questioned where they sourced their selenite as that area is not a selenite source. After asking a minimum of 5 times 5 different ways the response I got was the same. They work with over 70 vendors bla bla bla yet refused to respond to their sourcing. Simple question. I dont have the product yet (after many weeks)but returning would cost more than the product itself for a store credit and you pay international postage. Be careful with this company. The items may be pretty but doubtful authentic and virtually non returnable.

Ordered a bracelet for £26 on 3rd December and am still waiting for it to arrive. Unacceptable as it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Will never trust them ever again. Looks like ive lost £26 and nothing to show for it

I had a small issue with my address and customer service responded within minutes. They were kind, helpful, and solved everything quickly. It's rare to see such great support these days!

Beware of this company. If you are not happy with the item, you have to exchange it for something else and cannot get a refund. Also you have to return to an address in France and the postage is expensive. I was not happy with the quality of a bracelet which was basically some beads held together with string, and would not wish to replace it with more of the same poor quality merchandise.

I wanted something prettier for my Garmin and Free Spirit did not disappoint. The band fits perfectly and looks more like a fashion accessory than a tech strap. I've had so many compliments already!

I ordered on oct. 4th still hadn't received it. Emailed on nov.4th nov 6th I get a email saying my bracelet has arrived at 6am. Who's delivering thst time of morning. But nothings there, still have not received my bracelet
