Wir haben schnell ein Au-Pair-Mädchen gefunden, die Preise sind fair, und der Zeitraum ist ausreichend lang, um vernünftig zu kommunizieren und somit ein Au-Pair-Mädchen zu finden. Mir hat auch besonders gefallen, dass au-pair.com telefonisch gut erreichbar war.

We have used Au Pair.com 6 times over the past 5 years to hire our au pairs. I have felt although the applicants aren't vetted (we have done our own vetting) that it allows us to have the greatest access to au pairs over looking on other websites such as facebook groups etc.

We have had amazing family hosting experiences and it has been incredible for our family and the children have had such great experiences and a life long bond with our past au pairs.

The website offers lots of applicants for au pair jobs. It is great that the filter allows us to let only people from certain countries or with certain skills send messages because otherwise the amount of messages can be overwhelming. As applicants have to upload certain personal documents, a level of security and integrity is there. Moreover, every applicant should upload contact details or reviews of former jobs. So that the au pair family can check the credibility of the applicant. Overall, it is a good website.

Esperienza che mi ha lasciata molto perplessa, soprattutto sul piano della sicurezza.

Ho segnalato un utente che, dopo avermi contattata tramite la piattaforma presentandosi inizialmente con una proposta di esperienza AuPair, mi ha successivamente dichiarato di voler utilizzare AuPair.com per cercare Sugar Baby, quindi per finalità completamente diverse da quelle per cui la piattaforma è stata creata. AuPair.com è intervenuta e lo ha bloccato, cosa che riconosco.

Ma mi è stato anche spiegato che un utente già bloccato può potenzialmente creare un nuovo profilo con dati diversi e che i controlli potrebbero identificarlo solo successivamente. Inoltre, non tutte le famiglie vengono preventivamente intervistate.

Per una piattaforma che mette in contatto persone e famiglie e che offre anche servizi a pagamento, con importanti limitazioni per chi utilizza il servizio gratuitamente, trovo questo francamente preoccupante.

La sicurezza non dovrebbe dipendere dalla capacità dell’utente di accorgersi del problema e segnalarlo dopo che è già successo. Servirebbero controlli preventivi molto più solidi.

Apprezzo il fatto che siate intervenuti rapidamente dopo la mia segnalazione e che l’utente sia stato bloccato.

Vorrei però precisare che la mia preoccupazione non riguarda esclusivamente il fatto che la conversazione fosse proseguita su WhatsApp. Il passaggio a un canale privato è avvenuto dopo che l’utente mi aveva contattata tramite la vostra piattaforma per una proposta Au Pair. È proprio durante la successiva conversazione che mi ha dichiarato di voler continuare a utilizzare AuPair.com per cercare Sugar Baby, nonostante avesse deciso di non voler più ospitare Au Pair.

Capisco che non possiate controllare ciò che gli utenti fanno al di fuori della piattaforma e non mi aspettavo certamente che poteste monitorare WhatsApp. La mia perplessità riguarda piuttosto il fatto che, come mi avete spiegato anche privatamente, un utente già bloccato possa potenzialmente creare un nuovo profilo e che non tutte le famiglie vengano preventivamente intervistate.

Sono consapevole che nessuna piattaforma possa garantire una sicurezza assoluta. La mia recensione voleva semplicemente evidenziare questa criticità dal punto di vista della prevenzione e dell’utente, senza negare il lavoro che fate sulle segnalazioni.

Grazie comunque per aver chiarito pubblicamente il funzionamento dei vostri controlli.

La piattaforma è stata molto utile per trovare Au-pair provenienti da tutto il mondo. Nel nostro caso il servizio ricercato era Assistenza agli anziani e abbiamo incontrato donne in pensione ancora molto attive che avevano voglia di viaggiare. Siamo in attesa della terza Au-pair per Settembre e siamo sicuri che sarà ancora una bella esperienza.

Die Plattform Aupair.com ist eine sehr übersichtlich aufgebaute Seite. Besonders hilfreich sind zum einen die vielen Filtermöglichkeiten um ein persönlicheres Ergebnis zu erzielen. Die direkte Kontaktmöglichkeiten zu Bewerber/innen ist auch sehr gut gestaltet.

Alle Infos oder Fragen können über die Website sehr gut eingesehen und beantworten werden. Zudem, sind die Profile der Au-pairs aber auch die der Familien sehr gut ausgelegt und man bekommt schon ein initiales Kennenlerngefühl.

Insgesamt ist aupair.com eine sehr praktische und zuverlässige Plattform für Familien, die ein Au-pair suchen aber auch Au-Pairs die ein neues Abenteuer erleben möchten. Die Seite ist sehr weiterempfehlen.
