Excelente experiencia con au pairs durante más de un año
Llevamos ya un año utilizando la plataforma y hemos tenido 3 au pairs diferentes cuidando de nuestra hija, Clara. En general, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva y, de hecho, tenemos intención de seguir utilizándola.
Lo que más valoramos es la posibilidad de encontrar perfiles internacionales y poder elegir con bastante flexibilidad según nuestras necesidades familiares. La plataforma facilita el contacto inicial y la organización del proceso, lo cual hace que todo sea más sencillo, especialmente si es la primera vez que utilizas este tipo de servicio.
A lo largo del año, hemos aprendido que la clave está en dedicar tiempo a la selección y a la comunicación previa. Cuando esto se hace bien, la experiencia es muy enriquecedora tanto para la familia como para la au pair. En nuestro caso, Clara ha podido convivir con personas de diferentes culturas, lo cual consideramos muy positivo para su desarrollo.
Como punto constructivo, diría que sería interesante mejorar algunos aspectos del matching o filtrado para facilitar aún más encontrar perfiles realmente alineados desde el inicio.
En resumen, recomendamos la plataforma y seguiremos utilizándola. Ha sido una solución muy valiosa para nuestra familia.

Great value for the money
The site works as promising. I love that the payment is per month and not a subscription. The site is easy to navigate, and as a host, you get lots of messages from interested au pairs. It's also easy to see which fit your criteria.
I do wish the message sorting was easier. It's hard to find messages from people you have already messaged but not received a reply to. And when your inbox has over 100 messages, it's hard to find specifics. There are some sorting possibilities, but I'm missing one for "written to" or "messaged" or similar :)
We found our perfect match after less than a week. We will be back next time we need one.

Nice and easy
It was easy to setup a profile, and the profiles are very information heavy and thus it becomes easy to find a good match. It's a bit pricy, but it's nice that the pay isn't a prescription but a one-time buy. We found our new au pair within a week, and she was even the first candidate we interviewed. Very pleased with the website and what it offers.

We have been using AuPair.com for seven year in a row. Every single year. Why? haven't found better. Really. It's user friendly, easy (they now have easy on their title!) and an almost indefinite data bank to select THE one you need. We have moved to another country and we are going agazin for aupair.com. Sono ormai quasi 10 anni che troviamo le nostre aupair su aupair.com, e ad oggi ne abbiamo assunte 20 da tutti i continenti. Il portale è funzionale ed ha una buona user experience, continua a migliorare e ad aggiungere nuove funzionalità.
