It did take a while and it was weird…

It did take a while and it was weird that it came from Queensland when there were so many copies of the game I bought in NSW. Overall, good service just took a while

Whilst we endeavour to have online orders delivered within 2 to 5 working days, we do request around 14 days for this to be completed by the carrier.

iPhone purchase.

First phone sent didn’t work. Next phone sent had more scratches but was in good working order. A refund was processed in store easily, but I had to wait for the money to reach my account to buy the next phone because I wanted it sent to my address, the store would only do the online swap of delivered to their store. I love the 5 year warranty and that considering I did have issues they were resolved the day i identified them.

VR Mint Condition

I recently picked up the 512GB Meta Quest 3 from CeX and I’m blown away. Being 'Grade A', it arrived in pristine condition—basically brand new.

I received the watch and saw the chip…

I received the watch and saw the chip in it and contacted cex straight away but are still waiting for a response

As we deal in pre-owned items, some light scratches or signs of wear can be present depending on the grade if its B or C. However, we do ensure that items are free from physical or water damage and that their functionality is not affected.

A corporation saying we care, hahahaha, please… give humanity a break. The lies are getting so boring.

This corporation doesn’t realise that corporations have abused the word trust so many times humans no longer trust them.

I purchased an iPad here, it was described as excellent condition.

Upon receiving the item, I had to clean it with strong cleaning products as it could easily be seen it still had the goo a sticker leaves behind when removed.

It was not excellent, it was disgusting.

With their typical greed for profit which is getting so boring they said they would donate an iPad I had to research.

Hahaha I have never heard such lies, what is thete to research? How a kid on a poor country gets cancer removing precious metals from a motherboard.

Please stop insulting the intelligence of humanity.

You corporations will stop at nothing to extract every bit of vitality from this planet so you can what, sit there and enjoy its demise.

Wow what a goal mr CEO, you’re just a typical human, and so predictable.

They then sent the iPad back to me when they said they would donate it.

Then it was an iPad Pro working exceptionally well minus a cracked screen. It still worked fine.

On their trade in it says working. It was working, only to be donated to a third world country for a kid to get cancer removing precious metals then to go into the pile of dicarded mobile devices that is 13,000,000 each week.

But they couldn’t even get that right. They sent it back to me so I will just give it away for free.

It’s disgusting typical corporate behaviour right here where you trust will immediately be taken advantage of with the words.

We care and are trustworthy.

Please give all humanity a break and teleport you company to mars and go hang out with Elon on a shit planet.

Pathetic.

P.S I read your response, as I said it’s just a more lies in a response proving the point of how amazing this corp is a lies. It is sooooo boring, please.

If they do not meet our grading or testing guidlines, I'm afraid we cannot buy them to sell further with a 5-year warranty. In such instances, failed products are either recycled or returned as per the customer's preference.

I never got a an email confirming…

I never got a an email confirming delivery of the game that I bought. Upon checking original email link the parcel tracker says it was delivered this past Monday but I don’t see any package. There is nothing from showing proof of delivery either. How can I receive the game that I bought?

Thank you for your review and I understand that you are awaiting delivery of your order.

Once an order has been marked as dispatched, a confirmation email along with the tracking number is sent to the registered email address. In case you haven't received the email, plase check your spam/junk folders once.

For most single items, they are sent using a prepaid envelope of Aus Post Mail and it doesn't require a signature on delivery. Usually, the product is delivered in 2 to 5 working days, but we request you to allow up to 28 days as items are sourced and dispatched from stores all over Australia.

Since you haven't received the order and to assist you further, I have sent an email to your registered email ID requesting additional details. Please reply soon and I will be happy to look into this.
