Wouldnt replace mossi g items
I ordered 3 kg of protein, 1 arrived, and so the 120 dollars differance they only offered to give me back a partial refund.
This is bullshit and daylight robbery, not even offering a refund or just to send the missing products.

Horrible service and scam do not fall for this every dodgy scheme. I have paid for the products and it’s been weeks I haven’t received anything. And the package is returned to the sender. Don’t know why and haven’t received anything update after the purchase.

This came very quick in about 3-4 days I got updates on the packages where abouts frequently,all products are tasty,previously the powder has been clumped together but it improved this time and came in alot better conditions

The customer service from this place is absolutely appalling. My order never arrived and trying to discuss and get an outcome on the chat option is like trying to get blood from a stone.
Incompetent, lazy and unwilling to even attempt to assist with my concerns.

Order Issue Sorted
I ordered few items along with protein brownies. I had issue with protein brownies but customer service team identified the issue and solved it as per my expectations. The only reason I have given 4 start is because theri quality assurance team is impolite and doesn’t want to improve. Sam from customer service team sorted my issue. Hence proved customer service team is very important as they keep the relationship with customer instead of caring about a $20-$30 item. Thank you Sam

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I received a damaged delivery dumped on my doorway. Been out to My protien team requesting a replacement but they have been nothing but pain. Offered me $10 to use the damaged delivery. Upon insisting gave me return delivery link that isn't working twice. I have reached out to get someone's attention on the case via email , installation and FB but no response. If there is an issue post sales, say goodbye to your money.
