Dried up Pre workout
Protein powder is decent however the pre workout I ordered came dried up. Probably would’ve been better if it wasn’t for that but.

The delivery system and order management is not like other online providers.
1. Delivery has left parcel in front of the door. Where as there were some other safe places were available to leave the parcel.
2. In your system there are no options to add more orders to existing order while it is processing. No clear place to communicate, no clear customer service. So if i miss to add something in basket I need to do it again. My two orders delivered together just i needed to pay more becouse of your platform.

Hi, I’m contacting you about a whey protein order I recently received.
I placed the order on 11 July 2026 and received it on 14 July 2026. It is a 1 kg bag of whey protein, but I have just noticed that the Best Before date is 8 October 2026.
I’m concerned because I received the product with only about three months of shelf life remaining. As it is a 1 kg packet, I don’t think I will be able to use the whole product before the Best Before date.
Could you please explain why I received a product with such a short remaining shelf life? Would it be possible to get a replacement with a longer Best Before date, or another suitable solution?
I can provide photos of the product, Best Before date, batch number and my order details if needed. Thank you.
