Got 2kg of protein with an expiry of less than 3 months. I'm still trying to finish the almost expiried myprotein sent last time so there's no way I'm going to be able to have this. Return was an absolute nightmare as well, can't do auspost drop off, the return portal didn't work, then had to pay to ship it back. All in all, will never use myprotein again and I would advise everyone else to stay away as well

Too sweer
Not tasty I found it so sweet it was clawing and undrinkable. I thought it would have a really light flavour but it was like drinking concentrated cordial.

Origin pre-workout
Received the Origin pre-workout (sour apple) opened it for the first time after collecting to try it and the product was rock solid, it has been exsposed to water I believe. Waiting for the quality and control team to investigate further currently.

product problem
Hi, I received my order today and unfortunately there is a problem with my Myprotein Origin Pre-Workout – Sour Apples.
When I opened the tub for the first time, I found that almost all of the powder had formed into a very hard solid mass. It is not normal loose powder and it is very difficult to scoop or use.
The other products in the same order arrived in good condition, so the issue appears to be only with this product. I have attached photos showing the condition immediately after opening it.
As the product arrived like this and cannot be used normally, I would like to request a full refund or a replacement. I can also provide the batch number, expiry date and a video if required.

The protein powder was solid
The protein powder was solid, but the pre-workout disappointed. The limited-edition Southern Comfort flavor arrived completely clumped up into a solid block. I had to crush and scrape it just to use it, though thankfully, the flavor was actually really good.

There is absolutely no option to update the order. Reaching out to customer care did not help either. Even click and collect has delivery charges.

Terrible flavour and customer service
The impact lean whey tastes disgusting and I wanted to return for a credit. The flavour is unlike any vanilla protein I have ever had and it has chunks of flax seed in it. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week and still don't have any resolution. I originally requested a credit to buy a different protein product but after this I will avoid purchasing from them again. I also haven't received any message as stated by Ben below.
Even more pathetic they have advised me they closed my complaint today because they requested further information from me "7 or more days ago". When they requested this info on 4/9 and I replied through customer service the same day because their email is a no reply. So not only is their process horrendous they can't count or do simple math. (If I had not actually given them the info required, which I did)
