Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I received a damaged delivery dumped on my doorway. Been out to My protien team requesting a replacement but they have been nothing but pain. Offered me $10 to use the damaged delivery. Upon insisting gave me return delivery link that isn't working twice. I have reached out to get someone's attention on the case via email , installation and FB but no response. If there is an issue post sales, say goodbye to your money.

Customer service sucks and they use…
Customer service sucks and they use parcel right who don’t follow delivery instruction. Then my protein makes you deal with their delivery partners terrible support line and rearrange delivery.

Good deals available, good communication from time of purchase to delivery.
Only minor issue is through my bank I was charged an international transfer fee when there was no mention of this at the checkout.

Poor delivery service and no refunds
"Poor delivery service. It took 6 days for products to deliver to sydney and before even reaching my doorstep I am getting the notification that the products are send back to sender"
This was my original review and I am back here to edit my review. Spoke to the customer support online for refunds as the orders were not delivered and they said from their side the refund is initiated to its original source. After few days I am getting an email from customer relations that we are giving you credit and you can place your orders back through our website.
This is not what I wanted i spoke to your customer support and they said the refunds are initiated why would I need the credits for. I dont want to order your products anymore at all.
The email what they send is you cant even reply back on it. So I spoke to customers support again online regarding the refunds and they are saying customer relation team is handling this case and they must have send you an email please reply to that email. Reply where?? That's an automated email. It feels kind of trapped where things dont go right and your money is stuck either you end up buying the stuff or leave your money back.
There's no fair policy of "REFUNDS" whatsoever they mention on their website

Myprotein continues to use Starlink
Myprotein continues to use Starlink, one of the worst delivery companies in the world. They allegedly sign for parcels on behalf of recipients without permission and leave packages wherever they please.
When customers contact Myprotein to report that they never received their orders, Myprotein simply says the tracking shows a signature and “delivered” status, then refuses to take responsibility and tells customers to deal with it themselves.
