It’s a nice thick consistency
It’s a nice thick consistency. I do not mind the chocolate or the cookies and cream I have had better but the strawberry one is really nice and the protein per serving is really high which is great.

Product is set like concrete and communication is a joke. Must have an account and sign in to message. No contact details on PayPal. Over the poor attempts of palming me off. Time loge dispute with PayPal. Only date I can find on the container is 01/02. Got told it's use by date is from when you open it. Lol

Excellent customer service by Mckyle
Ordered a large protein shipment and after two weeks it still hadn't arrived. Turns out the parcel was lost in transit. I contacted support and Mckyle immediately investigated and arranged a full replacement at no cost.
That kind of service is rare. A $400 replacement shows they actually stand behind their products and customers. The products are quality and the prices are good, but the customer service is what impressed me most.
Will definitely order again.

This is the first time buying protein powder as a 15 year old starting the body building way so im very dissatisfied an want my vanilla protein for free and another bag of any other flavour other than chocolate as compensation

Misleading "automatic" free gift promotion
I signed up and placed my first order specifically because of an email promotion that promised a free shaker would be "applied automatically" with no minimum spend. There was no disclaimer about limited stock or availability.
When the shaker didn't arrive, I contacted customer service. I was told it was out of stock and that I should have manually added it – which completely contradicts the "automatic" wording in their own email.
After multiple emails and being told "no" three times, they eventually offered a $5 credit. I accepted it just to close the matter, but the whole experience left a bad taste. The promotion was clearly misleading, and I had to fight for any sort of compensation.
Advice to new customers: Don't trust the "automatic" claims – check your basket carefully before checkout, and screenshot the promotion terms just in case.
