Without a doubt (and by some distance), the worst self storage company I've EVER used. Where to begin? Shambolic from top to bottom from the hopeless glitchy tech they employ for lift and unit access which has been plagued for the best part of 18 months by errors and malfunctions, to their payment system which isn't fit for purpose (especially if you bank with Nat West), to the all too often belligerent staff at front desk. Add to this their eye watering, ever rocketing prices which are the icing on a layer cake of system and service ineptitude, avoid Attic Stanmore if you're looking for storage around NW London.
