Starting up was very easy. James talked me through the way it works and outlined prices clearly. Premises are clean and 24 hour access is very straightforward. Communication has been excellent. Early days but so far I am very impressed.

Attic is a refreshing experience. Although the workings are all electronic, it was easy to manoeuvre. Maria Basile guided and signed me in smoothly and without fuss, after a phone conversation with Jamie Rudd the previous day. At the end of my contract Samir signed me off and everything was done and dusted in no time . Full marks to the team for their efficiency. I recommend Attic Harrow any time...

Marco and the team at Harrow Attic are fantastic. Great service and very knowledgeable. The Attic facility is clean and well lit. I was served by Marco, who went out of his way to assist me and meet my requirements. Was looking for storage and popped into Harrow Attic. Friendly ,professional and clear service. I went through all steps how to use the storage and it was great experience. Customer service via chat was very quick and solved my inquiries efficiently arraging phone calls within minutes.

Very warm ambience. The three of them at the reception were very engaging. Marco even offered me tea and some time to relax and I have been really impressed how he made sure I'm at home and welcomed. The storage is clean and just right for my things for a quick storage space and I'm glad that Marco even facilitated the van that will help me pick my things. All is well. Without a doubt (and by some distance), the worst self storage company I've EVER used. Where to begin? Shambolic from top to bottom from the hopeless glitchy tech they employ for lift and unit access which has been plagued for the best part of 18 months by errors and malfunctions, to their payment system which isn't fit for purpose (especially if you bank with Nat West), to the all too often belligerent staff at front desk. Add to this their eye watering, ever rocketing prices which are the icing on a layer cake of system and service ineptitude, avoid Attic Stanmore if you're looking for storage around NW London.
