I ordered some pine cornice and it arrived really well-packaged and protected. I was pleasantly surprised to find the pieces straight and knot-free at what I consider to be an excellent price compared with competitors. A company I feel I can highly recommend based on two past orders.

Purchase of Bead Moulding
The service from Atlantic Timber is excellent. I was looking for some bead moulding of a specific size to replace a decorative feature on my wood front door and sourced it online from this company. I needed to check beforehand about delivery and ordering on the website, so phoned the company's landline. On both occasions my call was answered promptly and dealt with in a very friendly manner. Furthermore, I ordered online on Friday afternoon, and received the delivery on Monday. Highly recommended.

Great customer service
Great customer service, with accurate helpful descriptions on the website. My delivery arrived a few days early and the delivery driver was super helpful unloading and leaving the order in the right place. After sales service from George was also excellent as he was able to refund me my discount as an Altrincham FC season ticket holder! Great local business!

Still need to learn what customer service is. Generally expensive.. expect to pay 90p for every cut. Consider the extras like VAT and cutting and quite often you're better off at the big sheds.
