Hi Michael, we completely understand why you are frustrated that your email was not responded to in a timely manner. We receive a high number of emails each day which unfortunately means that on the odd occasion they can be missed. We're really sorry this was the case for you, and that the product you received had been damaged in transit. Our team have been in touch with you and have sent you a replacement. We apologise for the inconvenience.
A good experience.
Ordering on the website as easy and straightforward. I was kept informed on the progress of my order and so I knew when the order would be delivered. I was completely satisfied with the quality and finish of the timber. A good experience.

Hi Tony, we're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service on this occasion. You placed your order on a Saturday and delivery was made on the Thursday after, which is within the 7 days delivery time frame that is specified on our website. On this occasion we were dealing with yourself as the end user, and your tradesperson. Both parties had differing requirements, which we tried our best to navigate, but we're sorry that you feel our service fell short. We value your feedback, and have passed this onto the team.

Unacceptable 6 day delay in dispatch
I was delighted they had fhe timber I wanted at a fair price. On my order I put a specific request for dispatch as soon as possible as my customer was in a hurry. It wasn't despatched until 6 days later! When I contacted them after four days and no parcel to track, they told me nonchalantly that dispatch was backed up and it could be up to a week.
Then they gave nonoption apart from next day delivery which was very very expensive. But pointless if you're going to delay dispatch that long.
The timber was extremely well packaged and high quality.

Hi Glenn, we're sorry to hear that we didn't get your order to you as quickly as you had hoped. While we try our best to accommodate customer requests for quicker delivery, our standard delivery terms are within 7 days from the day after your order was placed. If an order is urgent we would always encourage customers to give us a call on the day you place the order and we would do our best to prioritize delivery. Thanks for the feedback regarding the quality and price of the timber - we're pleased that you were happy with the product. Thanks.
Great products
Great products, have been returning for more. Delivery a bit pricey, but that’s postal services not the company, and even with that I only order certain things from AtlanticTimber! They also have great communication, whenever i asked questions on products, the answer came quickly.
