Let me tell you this wig is amazing, customer service is top tier, and the shipping was like 3 days. If you like to read reviews like I do you found a wonderful wig company.

I am so disappointed their hair is the worse hair. I contacted this company to tell them I bleached the hair and it all came out and their are holes in the closure. They said they cant refund me and gave me a £35.00 refund when I paid £400. The wig is unusable it is shredding soo much. I cant believe it is legal to sell this quality of wigs. It should illegal to sell these wigs. Please do not waste your money!!

Horrible company and customer service. My package wasn't delivered by FedEx but they stated it was. I filed a report with FedEx and the police and reported it to asteria. Despite paying for insurance and them having the insurance policy for refund laid out of the website they only offered me a 20% refund or the option of a lesser wig. Like what was the point of you taking insurance money. It's giving scam. Please beware

Have brought from many other vendors, Asteria has the best quality hair, No Shedding at all, value for money, thick density wigs, fast delivery times, wigs fit my head shape very well, generous hair on lace hair line to play with and helpful customer service. I bought a wig from asteriahair that was not delivered to me. When I look up tracking it says delivered somewhere else but they say it was delivered and sighned for,I even sent proof I wasn’t home n no one sighned for it because I live alone. DHL even took responsibility,well that’s what DHL Told me and I have been going back and forth with them with no results! They just keep saying check with neighbors and family 🤦🏽‍♀️ WTH

I bought my first week from Astreria hair here in May but Wig was very thin in the top and it was supposed to be 150%. You could see through the top of the wig, I needed to wear it For a function, so I did not have time to send it back. I colored the wig Auburn, I usually use and I noticed right away it started shedding, I sent pictures to the stereo and they asked me to show pictures of the hair show pictures of the color. Also sent a video of the hair shedding, at this point I paid quite a bit of money for this wig and I’m very very disappointed. I have been wearing for Lacewigs for over 15 years. I’m just not happy at this point, so I guess it’s just money that I lost because I doubt if they would replace this wig
