They are a scam you are not getting what you are told they change the guilty of the hair so many times without informing me frontals are super thing now , hair density is not match what I’m requesting and also very over priced do NOT use them as your whole sale vendor they send garbage quality after multiple orders and if you leave them an honest review they will not allow you to purchase through certain websites because they scared of reviews they discriminated towards me and also tricked me into deleting my review and not joking their end of the deal

i made a custom order for a v part 26 inch wig with a CUSTOMIZED SMALL WIG CAP. the wig cap is huge, the v part is actually a u part and one clip fell of as i was washing the wig the FIRST TIME i got it, i haven’t even worn it by that point. besides all this, the hair tangles pretty bad too. the most frustrating thing is the wig cap as i paid extra for the customisation and i can’t even wear it with how big it is, definitely not my head measurements. thank you so much asteria hair

However, hope you can understand that manual measurements may sometimes have slight deviations, and everyone's preferred fit can be a little different.
May we know if the wig has already been worn or used? If it has not been used, we would be happy to help you exchange it for a smaller cap size so that it fits you better.
If it has already been used, you may try adjusting the straps, elastic band, or wearing position, as these adjustments can often help the wig fit more securely and comfortably.

This is a terrible company.HOW CAN PEOPLE SHOP THERE WHEN ONLINE THEY GOT EXPOSED.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE WHAT I ASKED FOR THEY ARE NOT KIND!
The lie the quality of the hair is very bad and they pretend they are busy when you have tell the the hair you received is wrong! I have evidence of what they did, They don't answer questions they ignore you for a whole week.
THEY CALL TOU HONEY DEAR WHEN YOU DONT ASK FOR A REFUND AND WHEN YOU ASK THEM WHY THEY LIE ABOUT THE "NUN-CUSTOMISED HAIR " THEY DONT WANT TO TALK BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEFS.
I used to like them but know they are dead to me Don't buy from them they are true evil!!!!!!
They lie to you when you say go buy custom hair , then they send you something they designed wrong so they can claim it as not there product. They are lying!! PayPal said because it's custom they can't enroll in my favour, if you read properly or answer ther question you will see it for yourself. So stop lying and take some responsibility for scamming for money!

Unfortunately, the wigs you have submitted for return are not products from our company. PayPal has rejected your claim three times. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from us. We kindly ask that you provide the original products from our company if you wish to resolve this matter promptly.
We truly hope to resolve this matter in a fair and professional manner.

Well I actually had a good experience, had to wait a little because I was needing a replacement wig, they communicated with me the entire time and assured me with any changes that were made. My wig came really cute and soft. It’s really pretty and easy to put on.

I am extremely disappointed…
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Asteria Hair. I paid a lot for a wig that was explicitly promised to have bleached knots, yet the product I received clearly does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
The HD lace is poor quality and very different from the photos, making the wig unusable.
I find it outrageous that their “solution” is to offer a $10–15 partial refund - this is an insult given the amount I spent. Despite repeated requests, the company refuses to honor a proper return and refund, instead pressuring me to keep a product that does not match what was advertised.
I will be returning the wig due to its poor quality, and I expect a full refund. I strongly believe that any return shipping costs should not fall on me, as the issue is entirely due to the product not meeting the promised specifications.
Despite repeated requests, the company has not offered an adequate solution. This has been a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this seller.
Your answer is:
"Since you personally do not like the wig, the shipping cost should be on your end, hope get your understanding."
I DO NOT LIKE THE WIG, BECAUSE THE KNOTS ARE NOT BLEACHED - AS I ORDERD AND PAID FOR!

Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My first order with them they lost my order and by the time I was offered a reship the reason why I needed the hair had passed. They then offered me a partial refund as I wanted my money back which would mean I would lose out on money so I agreed to receive the hair again. MASSIVE MISTAKE, I should’ve never ordered from this place the hair I purchased was terrible, tried curling the hair it didn’t hold for more than a minute, tried to straighten it the hair started burning when my straighter wasn’t even on high heat. The hair kept tangling that meant I just couldn’t do nothing with it so I removed my install after 2 days. Overall I’m just soo annoyed and disappointed and the team over there is talking to me like this is my first time using weave or human hair extensions. The hair I purchased isn’t real human hair it’s giving synthetic. Please beware if you have any problems you’ll not get your money back. I’ll taking this legally because they are refusing to refund me when the hair isn’t being sold as described.

We assure you that we only sell 100% real human hair, and we sincerely hope that you can provide us with the photos so that we can assist you and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Initially, customer service was responsive and helpful. However, once my order was delivered to the wrong address, the experience became extremely disappointing.
When I contacted the company for assistance, I was given inconsistent information, including phone numbers that did not resolve the issue. I was also told that FedEx had been contacted, but after following up, it appears no meaningful action was taken. I paid for shipping insurance through the website, yet I have not received a clear explanation as to why I am not being reimbursed or sent a replacement.
This occurred in December, prior to Christmas, and I never received the wig in time for the holidays. It is now February, and I have still not received either the product or compensation for the $400 purchase.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution and accountability.

IMPROVEMENT NEEDED
I've purchased 3 wigs from them and always order body wave. The hair is gorgeous but the only problem I have is that the curls drop out within a week and I had really hoped it would hold the curls permanently or a lot longer. I've also tried using curling tongs and cannot seem to get the hair to curl. If Asteria could recommend a wig that holds the curls or advise me what to do because I really love the hair.

Our body wave wigs are 100% human hair, which means the curls are natural and may loosen over time, especially with washing or daily wear. To help the curls last longer, we recommend lightly re-curling with a 160–180°C curling iron and using a bit of light hairspray or styling mousse. Always curl in small sections from the mid-length to ends, and avoid high heat to protect the hair.
If you’d like, we can also suggest wig styles with tighter curl patterns that hold longer and give a more defined look. 💖

I love my hair
I bought my hair and received it in just 3 days. Which was so convenient and fast. I was looking for a specific hair color that I couldn’t find anywhere but here! I’m a person who does their research and the hair was full and long. Just a beautiful unit overall! Even my stylist wanted my wig lol. I’ve reused it 3 times and everytime I’ve used it I get nothing but compliments day and night. I love it!
