The sole reason for my positive experience has been Luke Fowler, my agent and contact in Aspire. He has been a pleasure and privilege to deal with. He is obviously highly motivated, an excellent communicator, diligent, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made the whole process simple and seamless. Not an efficient and coordinated agency
Unfortunately, my experience with Aspire Properties ended on an unpleasant note, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Although the agent appeared to have treated me with respect and was efficient in showing me around the properties, However, after putting forward an application, the agency just practically went mute on me, not picking up calls repeatedly, and all promises to call back have failed.
i am insisting my application is accepted but why keep me in the dark for a week.
i wouldn't recommend aspire at all

I called the company several times but never did they sound tired of me calling them to confirm, make request or clarifications. And on the viewing date the agent was there even before i got there and was very professional answered all my questions and i have put my application in and hopefully i application is successful.
