I've recently started an online graphic design company and was looking for some items I required for my first client order. Very professional company.

Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat....
Found these guys through Google. Needed a very short run of mugs printed. Considering this was a small job the service was very good, friendly and quick. Then... disaster! The mugs arrived, the colour of the print was awful and the (new) client was not impressed. Two emails and a call later and Julie and the team have acknowledged the error, re-printed the mugs to a much better standard and new delivery is on it's way. Thanks guys!

The speed with the turn around and the on time delivery despite postal strikes and a missed online contact to start with, was amazing. The quality of the umbrellas good. We really needed them on the day and they enhanced our branded look.

Placed our order for grey mugs and a week later they are unable to supply. We had no alternative given our deadline which they were aware and so accepted their alternative option of white mugs. We were then expected to pay an express delivery charge a week later when informed they would miss our deadline for a no fail delivery. This was the first time using this company, I'm not sure given the delays I have experienced that I would use them again. They were made fully aware of our event deadline and the delays are solely down to them as a company and its totally unjustified to expect us to pay for their delays given the inital order was placed with plenty of time.

Firstly, please accept my apologies, we really don’t feel comfortable when a client isn’t happy, however I do feel that leaving a review part way through your experience doesn’t reflect the overall picture and our willingness to help.
You are quite correct regarding the grey stock, when we processed your order for grey mugs on the Friday 2nd September our supplier had just received a large order that resulted in us being unable to fulfil with the grey. Unfortunately, stock is live and as orders are placed availability can change. Due to the stock issues, we presented an alternative which we assured could be printed in time for your deadline being the 20th September. This was discussed on the 8th September and you kindly agreed to proceed. That afternoon the Queen sadly passed.
The reasoning for the offer of a same day courier was in two parts, firstly given the deadline (event on the 20th) and the timing of the queens funeral (Monday 19th) which resulted in that day becoming a bank holiday. Again, I don’t feel we could of anticipated this. As a result we presented the option of getting a same day courier to deliver at your address first thing the morning of the 20th. Our 2nd motivation for using a same day courier solution is that it also avoids the parcel network which on occasion at peak times can experience delays, we present all clients with a same day option for no fail deliveries allowing the client to evaluate the importance, balanced with the additional costs. You felt that wasn’t for you and we completely understand as many clients choose the network too.
With that in mind we contacted some of our clients that had orders in production to establish how urgent they were, a couple kindly agreed to help (they are a lovely bunch), we pushed their orders back into following week to help us facilitate your order and deliver ahead of time on the 16th September.
Hopefully our chat at the time helped with your understanding, but on periodic review of client feedback, I felt it could be beneficial to share our thoughts with those trying to get to know us a little better.

Reliable and good communication
Other companies were unable to commit to our tight deadline or promise the same product as was originally advertised. Although the visualisation wasn't as good as other companies, AspectCPM were quick to give us a quote and get everything finalised, and provided good communication throughout. We were happy with the end product too.

Fast, reliable, friendly service
I needed some products making up for an event that I found out about only a week before the event date. Aspect had these products made up and delivered within the week and kept me updated every step of the way. The products were great quality.
