Great cup that keeps your drink hot for hours, unfortunately the lid is quite fragile, but the company soon sent me some replacements, very happy with the product and service

The customer service I received from Dylan was exceptional. After completing an enquiry form on the website, he promptly called and he went above and beyond to meet my needs and organised a great gift for my service users to celebrate my businesses anniversary. He was professional, had great knowledge of the product and assisted me with my graphic and offered his opinion on what looked best. He also managed to get my order processed and delivered within a tight time frame. The Bottles are great and the packaging was lovely and protected every individual bottle. I ordered 250 travel cups for a fundraising campaign and it’s safe to say they are the most popular piece of merch I’ve ever ordered! Super impressed with the quality and the very fast delivery.
