Fantastic experience working with Aspect. Their turnaround times are impressively fast, their team is consistently helpful, and they always come with unusual ideas.

Met tight deadline quickly with good quality and service.

My experience with Aspect was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I requested an initial quote and was given a clear expectation of when I would receive it.

However, over three weeks have passed with no quote in sight.

After two weeks, a representative did contact me, explaining a family emergency (which is entirely understandable!) and promising to connect me with their Managing Director. Unfortunately, this follow-up never occurred, and I'm still waiting for a quote.

This significant delay, lack of communication, and broken promise are unacceptable and have been incredibly unhelpful in my planning.

I would urge caution to those looking to use Aspect.

Niall is very helpful and the quality of the products are amazing! Very good for their prices too.

A great team at Aspect CPM. Have been using Aspect CPM for a couple of years now and always excellent service. Ordered some engraved trophies in May and again delivery and service excellent, Emma and Lisa and the rest of the team did a great job.

They spotted a mistake in dispatch before the items had even arrived with and rectified it immediately with no fuss

Would’ve given 5 stars although unfortunately I had a few issues whilst ordering.
Ordered what was advertised as SPF 15 frosted cap lip balms and recieved standard lip balms instead which would’ve not have been issue if I wasn’t a tanning company. I will say they tried to rectify the issue promptly so that was fab and delivery was quick . Unfortunately again I was sent the wrong product which I have decided to take the loss on , there was no apology for this mistake so I would be reluctant to order again if they cannot send what was advertised.

I asked for a quote it was promt polite and in good timing ! If what i asked for was within budget would be definitely a company I would use and recommend as theses first factors are very reassuring

Hi staff were polite as contacted me via tel to see if could help any further unfortunately we required a quicker turn around for receiving items and although they were ready to meet the quote costs of others we had we decided to go with the other company mainly on turnaround from the artistic proof to delivery date otherwise care, attention to meeting other needs cost and product design were great.

Would consider on future if our turnaround not urgent for our event dates. Thankyou

They had a lot of products to choose from and very reasonably priced. The product I selected was competitively priced, available in stock and delivery was guaranteed for a particular date. Everyone worked together to ensure a timely delivery. I was really pleased with my order. The customer service was excellent - timely communication, friendly polite and professional emails/ telephone conversations.
