You should be taken into a court for fake bids, this is illegal and can have legal implications, they have their own people sitting who sky rocket high prices, and when no one bids up to their desire prices then often cars are added on auction again or most of the time staff ends up buying it. They should be reported to trading standards

Be very careful and mindful of this site and company ASM Auto Recycling Ltd. They have their own people putting the bids up on these vehicles to ridiculous pricing, also if you don’t go and check the car out properly you’re playing the lottery. The company does not reveal any mechanical issues properly on their website just their dire ‘starts and drives for loading purposes’.

I purchased a 2012 polo, apparently it stated in the description ‘starts and drives’ once I got it delivered to me I attempted to start the car up no luck only then to found the head gasket is gone. After the vehicles left their premises good luck with getting anything off these crooks.

Avoid these scammers at all cost!

You’re better off purchasing vehicles from Copart much more reliable, trustworthy and helpful people behind the screen not people who are trying to increase the bids on vehicles and make them extortionate!

Avoid this company within all cost. I won a bid, I felt the bid was “suspect”. Almost like someone was bidding from the other side. Regardless, I won. I sent a third party vehicle lifter to collect from Doncaster. He told me on arrival they used a fork lift to lift my vehicle onto his truck. The vehicle was stated on the site runs for loading purposes. Yet this bootleg of a cowboy company used a actual fork lift.

This caused damaged to the paint. My driver collected. Pointing out the damage on drop off. By then it was to late. I stated this towards them on the online chat. The said along the lines “once it’s off our grounds, it’s your own problem”. They are happy to constantly chase your money and collection. A few facts:

- they take angles and not great imaging of vehicles on listing. This hides any underlying damages.

- they are very minimal with the vehicle description. They will hide allot! They just want you to get your car and leave.

- absolutely 0 customer service. Do not expect anything back. No owning up to damages or extra issues. They just want your money.

- cowboys, bunch of absolute cowboys running this company.

- have a look at all other reviews. It’s practically the same. AVOID, i wish I checked trust pilot beforehand.

lastly I can’t stress enough to not use this company. Do not waste your I money

Was ask to pop up next day and would fit me in
I found the staff to be polite and very professional, All was explained to me my aircon system was found to be empty, so it was recharged and tested for leaks this took a total time of around 30mins. As I drove away my aircon was blowing ice cold and at a cost of a mere £36-00 I was a very happy bunnie. I would recommend 100% many thanks

When they make a picture of the car they try to hide the biggest breaking, for example airbags are broken they make inside pictures that you can see it, every picture you should zoom and watch very carefully. Description are very poor about car. as well they cheating with bidding time when you are the winner bidder and time ends they add few more seconds and wait when someone rebids you and if no one didn’t bidding more they put more second few times when some one makes bigger bids then yours.
